He came half an hour before the estimated time of arrival and proceed to do an inspection of everything before starting to put the safety protectors on the corners to avoid scrapping the wall and baseboard. Miguel started from the biggest room and finished with the area rugs. You could see the difference even though the carpet, sofas, and area rugs were still wet. The difference between him and other cleaning services is that he uses 100% clean products, which help your carpets to last longer while leaving a nice smell. He did a great job on the sectional, but the carpets were just as stained after he left as when he got there. Although we did have slime stuck in the carpet, there was no way to get that out, and I realize that. BUT...I was the one who got the regular stains out of the carpeting when he had finished. After speaking with a couple of people, I realized that we were overcharged for work (or lack of) that was done.
