We had a pipe burst in our home and some of our floors were all warped and damaged. Our home insurance assigned Isaac and his company "Best floors" to work on our home. Our first impression of him was good. He was nice and he said that he would take care of us. Little did we know he uses cheap labor and works with unprofessional movers, who scratched and scraped up all of our furniture. The movers stacked all of our furniture on top of each other without using any kind of blankets or shields to help protect them from damage. Once we let Isaac know that his movers damaged a lot of our furniture Isaac offered to pay out-of-pocket for the damage, but that's when his attitude totally changed towards us. How was that any our fault? So a few months after our floors were installed they started to boe and bend. Walking over it, it would feel all bouncy and wobbly. We contacted our insurance and they had Isaac come back out to assess it. He told me that he would inject some glue that should keep the floor from springing up again. But then he turns around and lies to our insurance saying that it's a moisture problem with our home that's causing the floors to bend, and there's nothing they can do to fix it. So we were left with springy floors that were totally disgusting. After a while we got sick of it and my husband decided to take off the baseboards himself to take a look and sure enough, he saw that there was no room for the floors to expand. A professional floor installer would know to always leave about an eighth of an inch from the wall so that floors can expand and have the room to do so. The people Issac hired to install the floors were unprofessional and didn't cut any room and that was the reason why the boards were Boeing and bending. So my husband took it upon himself to cut a sliver off of the floor boards from the wall to give it some room and now our floors are perfect again. Not thanks to best floors, but thank you to my husband. I can't believe Isaac lied to our insurance and we were left with our floors like that. Like I said, all of his attitude changed once we were upset that our furniture was damaged from the people he hired to move our things. Once he started offering to pay out-of-pocket, he no longer wanted to help us in any kind of way and you can feel the vibes were definitely off. But once again how was that any of our fault? Also one time while the floors were being installed his wife walks in unannounced doesn't introduce herself and kicks out all of the workers, so she can make a quick video of the floors and it's progress. But you would think that she wouldn't be so rude and actually introduce herself like "hi I'm Isaac's wife Maricela, I'm just going to make a quick video of the floors for our website." "Is that OK?" instead she just walks in, kicks everybody out doesn't introduce herself and just does her thing and goes to leave and that's when I walk out and say "Hi and you are?" That's when she introduces herself. Hi, "I'm Isaac's wife" just the whole entire team is so unprofessional. From the owner to his wife to his laborers and moving company he uses. So please beware if your insurance company assigns Best floors to work on your home or if you are thinking about using best floors to work on your home, I would strongly reconsider. read more
