Arrived at the office for the Appt and after completing the paperwork, i was asked for my "Co Pay" I responded I do not have a "Co Pay", I was then informed that the Dr. Charges $25 for a mandatory picture of my eye which is not covered by insurance. 1. That is not a "Co-Pay" 2. Appointment Cancelled, not trusting a business that tacks on extra things, how can i trust someone with my health if they are untrustworthy.

I arrived at the designated location on time to pick the truck up and there was no one at that location. I called the number on the text with no answer. So I called the place in Forsyth where I made the reservation and I was told they were not affiliated with the location that I received a text from. Mind you, I called their number to reserve and was never transferred to another number. I called the 1-888 number on the web site and was told that the previous renters had not returned it yet and that I had not paid for it yet. I told them I had received a confirmation that I had paid for it then they said that they could get me one 30 miles away I said cancel my order. I received flowers today from Flowers by Helen and was extremely disappointed. My husband ordered a…read moredozen tulips over the phone because he was out of town. At least 3 of them are wilted and will never open and all but 2 have visible wires holding them up. Still, the most disappointing part of the arrangement was that the tulips are accented with fern leaves. They would have looked better with no accent, rather than cheap and distasteful ferns. These flowers looked nothing like any on the website and appear extremely amateur. I realize Forsyth is a small town, but these flowers are pitiful. We could have gotten a better arrangement at the grocery store. We will never use this florist again. The delivery guy, however, was extremely nice.

Apparently this store doesn't participate as the ACE chain. Don't understand that. There was 1 adult man and a child, probably about 12 years old, likely his grandson, working there. The child was pleasant and well mannered. The adult, Grandfather I'm guessing, was a total grump and just plain unpleasant to interact with. He could have cared less if you did business with him or not. I decided that this business was off my list from this point on. I will never darken his door again. I doubt he will be in business much longer.
