Wish i could give a 1/2 star. The office when making an appointment does not divulge mandatory charges from the Doctor. They are listed on my insurance policy as an in network provider. Arrived at the office for the Appt and after completing the paperwork, i was asked for my "Co Pay" I responded I do not have a "Co Pay", I was then informed that the Dr. Charges $25 for a mandatory picture of my eye which is not covered by insurance. 1. That is not a "Co-Pay" 2. Appointment Cancelled, not trusting a business that tacks on extra things, how can i trust someone with my health if they are untrustworthy. read more

Been waiting for days to get my glasses they do not stick to the business hours they say. It's not 9-5 it's 9 to whenever they want to leave as early as possible and will not answer the phone They do not care about the customers they have at all literally the worst place to get your glasses. The customers service here is lacking! They have a poor selection of frames and when you ask for your full prescription with the PD they automatically get defensive. I have received two pair of frames for my child because they are paid for in full through his insurance. I purchased eye glasses from them once and refuse to do so again. With all the money that was over charged to myself and my son's insurance you'd think they would be more helpful. read more

First time using the Vision Savers in Forsyth, and will not go back. Made the original appointment and showed up early, only to find out that the doctor wasn't in and the receptionist supposedly called everyone that morning to cancel. I never got a call in regards to this. I rescheduled. Went back. Within 20 minutes, the waiting area was full of about ten more families, I guess we all had the same appointment time. Waited in the lobby for 45 minutes. Actual time with eye doctor was 6 minutes. He asked if my child was only there because she wanted glasses or does she need glasses! Really?! The receptionist is rude and lacks customer service. She had to run my card twice to get the total co-pay because she was too busy worrying about the conversations that her and the co-workers were having. I don't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Please only go here if you have all day to waste and want to be forced to watch Dr. Phil. They over book their appointments so that you will wait forever to be seen. All of the seating in the waiting room is lined up in front of the television with very inappropriate content especially for children. I left before I could see the Dr., so I can't review him, but I suggest you find someone who can keep his appointments better. read more
