When you're dealing with difficult things like a recent loss, everything else is just 10 times harder. When I walked in I was greeted and assisted right away. The wonderful woman that helped me ask all the right questions so that I could make proper arrangements and she even showed me examples of what I would be getting. I picked up right on time and she help you get everything into the car so I could get on the road only because I wanted to pick up in person instead of using delivery because I didn't know if someone would be available to except the delivery. I would also like to mention that I literally cried when I saw the arrangement. The only thing I did was tell her the colors my grandmother loved and the colors of her casket and they really just went above and beyond. I was extremely pleased with the price and so happy with the arrangement. While I hope I don't have to return very soon with the similar task, should I need flowers for anything else in the near future I know exactly where I'll be at.

I told her what I was looking for based on my friends likes, and the reason for my purchase. The florist went out of her way to help me customize the perfect arrangement for my friend. Then when the delivery driver arrived at her home, he couldn't get anyone to the door. This is the part where most drivers would just drop it off and leave, but the owner of the florist called and asked me how I wanted them to handle the delivery. I greatly appreciated her doing that, because my friend had actually ran out to the store, and if the driver had just dropped off the flowers and left, the recipient likely wouldn't have seen them until much later in the day, and the sun would have taken its toll on them. Customer service at it's finest! And the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous! It couldn't have matched my friend's personality better if she'd picked it herself, great job, COG!

However, while flipping through the books provided we saw the perfect arrangement to which Christine stated we could customize and stated it would differ a bit due to the season but she did show us the possible options. Once the arrangement was finalized and plants purchased she told us when they would be delivered and set up.
