This time, it was pricey for what I had done and my carpet was soaking wet still an hour later with 2 fans running over the larger area. It was $169.00 with tax. That didn't include a tip and I always try to do that for a service, so I tipped separately. They cleaned the stairs (15) and an upstairs living area of mainly the open area and the walkways leading to that area. There was furniture in the room and they cleaned around it. After about an hour with the fans on and AC lowered to help dry, I got my wet/dry vac and sucked out more water/moisture and then got out the super big fan. In all, I had 4 fans running over the areas all night and they are finally drying. The carpet is older but still, it shouldn't have been soppy wet like that. Not sure if I will use them again. May need to find a different cleaning method with less water.

The red flags started immediately: before any work began, the division manager asked to view my entire home insurance policy, clearly not to help me, but to figure out how to maximize their payout. Once mitigation was done, the billing became chaotic. They introduced shifting, unexplained invoice amounts, charged me for equipment rental long after their own logs proved the units were removed, and slipped in duplicate line items for labor and structural work already billed. They also tried to stick me with unauthorized after-hours fees caused entirely by their own scheduling decisions. When I presented undeniable proof--including their own tracking logs and photographic evidence--they ignored the facts and tried to weaponize my insurance payout. Even worse: a month and a half after the account was paid in full per my insurance company's independent assessment, they went behind my back, contacted my insurer, and aggressively pushed for more money. Not to mention we caught one of the technicians smoking weed in our bedroom closet while on the job. If you are considering hiring this company, I strongly advise you to proceed with extreme caution and document every single interaction, piece of equipment, and invoice revision. Or better yet...
