I reached out to attention to detail and they were able to come the next week- on New Year's Day! Well, I paid extra to have the smell removed, I'm very glad I did. The smell is gone, and my husband's car looks great. There was a moment when I thought that they had not completed the task well enough. I reached back out to them and they gave me the reminder to change the cabin filter (we had not done that yet), but he also said that if the smell returned, he would be back out there to redo the whole process without charge (except for the travel fee, which was fair as we are a solid 40 minutes away). I was so relieved that the smell was gone. Thanks for being so quick to respond, getting me on the schedule so quickly, doing a fantastic job, and being willing to come out again to redo the process without the detailing fee. I recommend Attention to Detail for your cars needs. I remember, if they miss something, just reach back out to them and they'll be willing to fix it.

Once I got my vehicle home, Chris came out and did an inspection for my vehicle for repairs consisting of Engine & Transmission rebuild. On March 27th Chris came out and conducted an inspection. Verified issues, confirmed work to be done. We Discussed adding an aftermarket CAM which required a higher price. Confirmed part and Price. Later that evening I paid my $3,000 deposit on nearly a $6,000 job. Today is April 10th - My truck is still sitting in my driveway. Ive been told Chris has had heart failure, blood clots and other complications. Cannot confirm information. They're so called mechanic was also supposed to come out but never did. Ive been told at least 4 different times they were coming to get my truck whether it was a tow truck or them towing it and never showed. We were not super…read moreimpressed with the detailing as soon as we opened the car driver's side door and saw the plastic area around the trunk and hood release still as filthy as when we brought it to him. Getting in the car we also noticed the area around the gear shift was still dirty. Even more disappointing was when we had to take it back to him after the tinting cured because there was debris in several spots under the tint. We mentioned the observations we had about the interior detailing when we left it again for the tinting to be fixed. Upon pick up the second time nothing was done to address the detailing issues brought to his attention. The tinting has cured again and there is still debris underneath it. I would not return.

My husband thoroughly cleaned our boat before we left to have it ready for him to be able to focus on deep cleaning inside and out. When we came back, we were SHOCKED to find that this guy had left our cover off (just laying in the yard), our boat was FILTHY from debris and bird poop and whatever he used to "clean" our seats had stained them. Not to mention the outside had not been touched. Our boat looked much worse than we left it and it cost us $300. He told us he would send our check back, but we never saw it. If he had sent our money back, I would've chalked it up to a bad experience and moved on. It also cost us another $600 to get his work fixed. DO NOT USE THIS GUY.
