My experience was beyond frustrating, and I would strongly caution anyone against using this company. First, the carpet cleaning itself was a disappointment. Instead of improving the appearance of my carpets, the cleaning actually left several spots darker than they were before. When I contacted the company to have the problem corrected, they scheduled appointments to come back and redo the carpets. They failed to show up TWICE! Not once, but twice, I set aside time for them to come to my home, only to be left waiting with no resolution. To make matters worse, I was charged $350 for the visit when their advertisement stated a price of only $120. That is a significant difference, and I am extremely unhappy with the discrepancy between the advertised price and what I was charged. The carpet cleaner also told me multiple times that he would leave my ticket open in case I needed them to return. Based on those assurances, I expected the company to stand behind its work and honor its commitment to address any issues. Instead, I received darker spots on my carpets, a bill far higher than the advertised price, and two missed appointments when they were supposed to make things right. This entire experience reflects a shocking lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for customers. If a company advertises one price, charges nearly three times that amount, leaves carpets looking worse, and then fails to show up for two scheduled return visits, what exactly is the customer paying for?
