    I enjoy this Best Buy for their inventory and cleanliness. The process from order to pick up is always updated per cell phone, the even contacted to ensure that it was i that produced the order. Nice safety procedures, especially this time of year.

    I respect heroes during CoVid19 pandemic not just the frontline medical professionals, but Best Buy employees when all stores were off limits. I was among thousands of people sent home to stay safe 5 months ago. First thing came to my mind was to buy something I need for my new home office on BestBuy.com. I was able to use their curbside pickups in the parking lot for some items and free home deliveries. I was happy with the service and promptness, which were better than ever. I noticed they almost had full staff helping the process. After the store safely opened, the employees observed complete protocols as social distancing and mask requirement etc. Although, I sometimes walk away disappointed because some items flew off the shelves faster than my two feet could carry. I still love the online order and pick up at the store option.

    I work from home and my laptop charger gave out on me. I placed an order through DoorDash for the convenience( Insignia 65W Universal Black Laptop Charger) come to find out im missing the one part I need the USB-C connection. This caused me to clock out of work and lose pay for the day. I had to call my super and explain what was going on. This was not a good look for me. I purchased this char with my own money and DoorDash would only refund $28.63 when I pay almost 54$. Instead of this process being a convenience it became an inconvenience. I was sold a returned product with missing parts.

    Not to be confused with Best Boy. My Best Boy lives in LA but he's kinda expensive, especially on weekends. Best is very accurate though. Especially at certain things. Came here with my best girl. This Best Buy did me a solid because even though they are in an iffy area - and one which I really like - and even though a lot of the things on their shelves are sold out, they are very helpful, and they found me exactly what I needed, which was a hard-to-find splitter for 2 headphones. So I'm all about this place, bout this place, no treble. In general Best Buy is way overpriced, and you're better shopping on the internet. But this is a rare story of one that gets 4 stars for going above and beyond.

    Costumer service is so bad! Kept us waiting half an hour just to buy a speaker, it had overcharged us 3,000 just for it.

Our salesman was Vinh Tran, we'll never be doing business with him again. Please be Aware before you make your Purchase: Return Policy is only for 14days if product is defective. My parents purchased a high end osaki dream wave chair, which arrived a month later broken. Mind you this purchase is over $6k, not a small sum of money. The delivery was schedule for 12/15, it didnt arrive till 01/16. My mother wanted the beige color but a black chair arrived instead. We called the sales man who would then throw off his responsibility telling us to call the customer service line. After dealing with an unresponsive customer service, they finally send out a repair man a month later. Our repair man tells us the chair is unfixable, so we have to contact our sales man again to get this resolved. After calling him over the weekend, he tells us he will look into it. 3 days later we call the office after hearing nothing back, we're told he's off today and the manager is out. The sales guy on the phone today, then proceeds to give us the same generic response to get us off the phone. I tell him he needs to give us a callback today after he emails and calls HQ like he says he will, then he proceeds to yell at me for telling him what to do. I sense this is because of his misogyny since I am a younger female. This made my blood boil, how is this an acceptable way to speak to a paying customer? I ask him what his name is and he refuses to tell me. I have never heard of this before. If you work in sales or customer service, if you have nothing to hide there should be no issue in giving your name. This business is unethical and the sales people will take your money and send you garbage and disrespect. Now we are going thru a dispute with our bank and extending this already excruciating headache of a refund process. I would give this business negative stars if able, I wish I had seen the other reviews before my parents made this purchase.
