I texted Pancho Appliances and Emily got right back with me. She found me a couple of washers that were in my price range and sent pictures. I paid for it and that very evening my son got a good solid washing machine. Excellent customer service. These are good people!!!!

Feels Like a Scam - Overcharging, Stalling, and No Accountability…read moreHoreca Store operates in a way that should seriously concern anyone considering doing business with them. Orders are paid for, then seemingly disappear into a black hole. Updates are nonexistent. Every interaction is the same scripted delay tactic: "give me a moment" or "let me check," followed by zero real answers. Customer service appears outsourced, with representatives using generic names and unable to provide clear or consistent information. Getting a straight answer is nearly impossible. Pricing is where things get alarming. Items advertised around $99 were later charged at nearly $296 per item. No explanation. No accountability. Refund requests? Denied. At best, this is gross mismanagement. At worst, it raises serious questions about their business practices. If you value your time, money, and sanity--avoid this company.

"character" to them, but this just feels like a run down location when you walk in. It's dark, the ceilings seem lower, and it just seems like the higher ups don't really care about the place, probably because of the diverse minority neighborhood. On the other hand, I've had to order from this store for pick up several times, because when the nicer locations like Sugar Land and Memorial City don't have something, this store somehow ALWAYS has what I need in stock. There's usually a long line to check out, but rarely a long line for mobile order pick up, so it's not difficult to get in, get what I need, and get on my way. This location is at the end of a shopping center with a lot of other stores, so parking can be very hit or miss depending on what else is in the area and what's going on. I've generally never had any problem getting a "good spot" where I wasn't too far from the store and didn't have to lug anything any significant distance.

The spider and…read morebearings were shot (super noisy, unbalanced spin cycle that would just keep going and going) and it was very stinky (mold was growing in the inner drum - yuck!). We found a good deal on a new washer but when Sears came out, they said we couldn't mix brands on stackables because the harnessing kits are brand specific. Luckily, we found this place on Craigslist! They came out the same day on a Friday at 9p.m. to pick up the washer (did I mention it was shoved in a closet on the second floor?) and returned it to us Monday at 7p.m. They picked it up, repaired it, and delivered it back to us for $200 less than the cost of that great deal we found on a new Kenmore washer. If you pride yourself on supporting small business, then buy with confidence from these guys. I cannot recommend them highly enough for customer service and working within our budget. P.S., the Sears quote to repair the Samsung washer was over $1300. Our bill from JCM was a fraction of that!

Selection isn't always great and you can get low price stuff at discount outlet in this part of town that is probably a better bet, lines here are longer and annoying when it gets busy, but generally speaking we like it here and it's located close to Chinatown which is a pretty useful location.

I am stuck with a sofa I didn't order or want. Last time we ever get anything with Conn's. If the associate wouldn't have been too busy talking about smoking weed and just talking and talking instead of paying attention to what she was doing the mistake would not have happened. And then they ask that someone be there with ID but they allowed a 15 year old child without an ID to sign for the sofa. They enforced their no return policy of no returns on furniture but failed to enforce their policy on asking a minor for ID. Conns is a rip off. They pretty much force you into keeping the item.
