We found a good deal on a new washer but when Sears came out, they said we couldn't mix brands on stackables because the harnessing kits are brand specific. Luckily, we found this place on Craigslist! They came out the same day on a Friday at 9p.m. to pick up the washer (did I mention it was shoved in a closet on the second floor?) and returned it to us Monday at 7p.m. They picked it up, repaired it, and delivered it back to us for $200 less than the cost of that great deal we found on a new Kenmore washer. If you pride yourself on supporting small business, then buy with confidence from these guys. I cannot recommend them highly enough for customer service and working within our budget. P.S., the Sears quote to repair the Samsung washer was over $1300. Our bill from JCM was a fraction of that!

I asked him was he counting the screws for return and he said yes. I told him this had never happened before and asked why he was doing it. He said it was because he could. Long story short, I ended up returning the screws and refusing to finish my purchase at his register, especially after he insisted that I slide an item over to him even though he could reach it himself. I went to another counter to complete my purchase. Overall, this was the worst experience I've ever had at Home Depot. All this over a two dollar pack of screws. Unbelievable.
