I dropped off the phone and went to a nearby appointment. Because the phone was ready early I needed to have a family member pick it up. I hopped on a flight a few hours later and low and behold my screen stopped working! The screen would turn bright green and purple. I tried to restart the phone more than several times. Nothing worked. The screen would black out for days at a time so here I am outside the country with a phone that doesn't work. As soon as my plane landed I headed to the shop to find a different gentleman there. He told me I needed to come another day to see the guy that fixed the phone initially. I do not live in town and asked if there was any way the guy could fix it today. He got on the phone with me and told me to wait at the shop and he'll come today. I asked for a time frame since I don't live here. He asked me to give the phone back to the other guy. When he hung up the phone he said he isn't coming today. Completely unprofessional. The guy straight up lied to me on the phone. As of right now my phone is still not fixed. I would've preferred my cracked screen over this. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU DON'T EITHER IF YOU WANT YOUR PHONE TO ACTUALLY WORK.

After finally getting out my contract with them I'm switched to Verizon. There was a very long wait on a Monday morning. I got a very nice sales person who hooked me up with my new service, new phone and lots of nice little perks. I got myself a new fit bit, new cover, new charges and all kinds of new gadgets!! I'm not sure why there are so many negative comments here..everyone was super nice that helped me that day!! No problems at all. Super big store. The parking is super small and kind hard to finagle that's my only complaint!

Unfortunately, my experience at this store was the complete opposite. The store appears to be managed by a narcissistic individual who behaves as if he knows every technical detail about the entire company. I went in simply to drop off my Verizon 5G WiFi Extender after upgrading to Verizon FiOS. Out of nowhere, the manager snapped at me and insisted the device was not a 5G WiFi Extender because it has a coaxial port. What the manager clearly does not understand is that a WiFi extender simply repeats the signal from a WiFi router. Because of his dismissive and arrogant demeanor, I told him he did not know what he was talking about and that he should scan the SKU number before jumping to conclusions. Instead of verifying the information, he doubled down and claimed he essentially has Verizon's database "in his head." When the team finally scanned the SKU number, it clearly showed the device is 5G equipment. Naturally, he was embarrassed and tried to save face with a ridiculous explanation: "The extender is FiOS equipment that was configured as a 5G device." What? I laughed and left. There was no apology for the unprofessional behavior or incorrect claims, and I wasn't even thanked for being a loyal customer. This store manager is in serious need of professional training on how to interact with customers. If this is the level of leadership at this location, Verizon risks losing loyal customers because of uninformed and unprofessional management.
