Because Park Slope was more convenient, I transferred my treatments there, but unfortunately my experience changed significantly. Appointments frequently did not start on time, and the level of care and professionalism was inconsistent. During one visit, my treatment felt rushed and incomplete, and my concerns afterward were not handled well. The most disappointing experience occurred when my appointment was canceled. I received only a phone call the afternoon before my appointment while I was driving with my children, and I genuinely believed it was a confirmation call. I never received an email or text message notifying me that my appointment had been canceled. I had completed all the required preparation and arrived, only to be told it had been canceled. I remained polite and simply asked to be accommodated at another location before leaving for vacation. Instead, I was later informed that I was permanently banned from all LaserAway locations. Despite explaining that this was an honest misunderstanding and asking them to review the call, I was dismissed without any effort to resolve the situation. I spent thousands of dollars on a treatment package that I was unable to complete, making much of my investment ineffective. I expected much better customer service and professionalism from a company of this size. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling unheard, unfairly treated, and extremely disappointed. It is very disappointing to receive a public response that gives the appearance that LaserAway wants to resolve the situation, only to receive no response after I followed the instructions they gave me. First and foremost, the makeup that Stacey did for my wedding was absolutely gorgeous and flawless, not too much or too little, it was just on point! She is a true artist of her skill. I received a ton of about my makeup and was very grateful to her for that. Second of all, this is one of most beautiful and uniquely designed makeup studio. Stacey was so kind to wake up early in the morning so that I can do my hair in the same studio so that I can have beautiful pictures of me and my bridesmaid getting ready. For that I'm very grateful to her as well. And lastly and most importantly, she is an amazing person, in that she made me feel at ease about the wedding and all the preparations, very easy to talk to and most importantly, very considerate and patient. Even thou she had another appointment after mine and we were running very late w all the hair preparations and taking photos, she let us stay in the studio as long as we needed to, even thou it was way past the agreed time. Let's start with the fact that she cut off more than half of my beautiful long hair, although I showed her WITH MY OWN FINGERS how much hair she could cut. I grew my hair for a year and a half, just so that one day a person that absolutely does not know what she's doing would just CUT IT ALL OFF for me. Secondly, look at those ugly bangs. I told her that the bangs should be the same length as in the photo THAT IS UP TO HALF OF MY EAR, and she even repeated this phrase with me! The bangs is ABOVE MY EYEBROWS. So my question is: how can a person who supposedly took the scissors for the first time even work in a beauty salon? I didn't want to ruin anyone's holiday (including myself), so I paid $70, + $10 for "styling". Do you guys see my hair being styled at all? I personally didn't see anything. I came home and styled this terrible hairstyle myself with a Dyson. And here's another question, where do these prices come from? My new year's eve was ruined, my friends told me that I look like a girl from the 80-90s, AND IT'S TRUE. I am familiar with the neighborhood but not with this specific location. After arriving, I was confused because it was a hair salon. On the left side of the window though, it reads Laser Aesthetics Studio. I decided to enter. Inside, there are women getting their hair done. Expect to be given weird looks as a newcomer. But don't worry, you're not there for them ;) I asked for Zhanna and they had me wait towards the back. Although not your typical medspa and space is limited, the area is clean and she sanitizes your glasses with an alcohol pad before service. (Which should be done at all laser places. If it isn't, that's a clear indication that you should LEAVE) Zhanna is very thorough and doesn't rush your session. I have about four more sessions to go and I'm looking forward to the results!

She is incredibly meticulous, patient, and truly cares about doing the job right--not just getting you in and out. With Albina, there's no "clock"--she's thorough every single time and makes sure everything is done properly. I've even had bad experiences elsewhere, including getting burned, and I've heard plenty of stories of others going through the same thing. That's never something I worry about with Albina--she's careful, experienced, and truly knows what she's doing. At this point, I've completely stopped wasting money anywhere else.
