I first called and asked for compensation. They asked to bring it back in so I did. Not even apologetic but blamed on the store where I bought it. I understand they followed the instruction on the label, but the fact that the sweater got shrunk was their fault and should've taken the responsibility when I just brought in, but they wanted to try to stretch it out. However I dropped off a 3-pc suit to get dry cleaned, and expecting it would also get "pressed" as part of the price of $60. When I got home and took these pieces out of the plastic covers, this is what I saw. I had to use a lint brush to remove all the hair and lint. That was just part of it....wrinkled garments worse condition then when they were dropped off.
