My friend and I have very different hair but we both look amazing and feel so healthy. After going to 3 different places I'm convinced you can't get a good haircut in…read moreJersey...haircutting requires artistry..not just a 10 week course at some haircutting school..you have to consider the texture and how it will dry and fall..the person's neck and shoulders..know how to shape it so it falls beautifully and effortlessly..when you cut bangs you hold them up and cut in with scissors on a downward angle. Now mine are too short and parting down the middle..exactly what I didn't want!
