I am so grateful and happy to find a place like this. When you walk into the front waiting room,…read moreyou can tell this place is not like the others as they offer you a clean and comfy waiting room. I came in for a quick estimate for my bumper and was expecting to have to cough up some money to get it fixed so I can pass inspection. Sean/Shawn the owner here was honest to tell me that I didn't need to do much to pass inspection, most places would try to get you in for the whole fix. He took a quick look at it and went to work to attach my bumper back on for me, took about 20 minutes of his time which I am extremely grateful and now my bumper is back on. Charged me pennys for what I would've had to pay because there wasn't much work that was needed. Honest work is not easy to find nowadays, and to discover a place like this is truly a hidden gem. I would highly recommend going here because in my experience, if they are honest at the beginning they will be honest all the way to the end. Thank you again Sean for your help, I am beyond grateful! Good people here, honesty is the best policy.

I brought my truck into a transmission shop for an estimate to repair an issue, and they did not inform me that they discovered this gas leak even though it was in the air on a car lift. I took my Yukon to Manny. He called me back right away and said, "your gas line is leaking above your Catalytic Converter" and your truck could have caught on fire (up in smoke). The new gas lines were installed and I'm so impressed with how this disaster was overted. Honest shops are hard to find these days. I highly reccommend him to anyone needing a great repair shop for anything automotive. JT Hull, Ma

Key Takeaway: You can trust John to take care of your car. John worked at a dealership and previously owned another shop. He has the skills and expertise. John provided AWESOME service at a GREAT price. I highly recommend him! Give JN Auto Service a try! They also specialize in BMW, Mercedes, and Audi too! Details: I found JN Auto Service on Yelp. Although they have a low number of reviews, they did have 5 stars. I figured I would give them a try and it didn't hurt that they were close by. I went this morning to find out what was wrong with the Camry. It was making a rumbling noise near the front tires. John took it for a very quick, short spin around the block and diagnosed the problem to be the struts, links, and bushing. He gave me a verbal quote immediately and an estimate of time to fix. Later, I dropped off the car and picked it up within the 3 hour time estimate. I was delighted as I needed the car by a certain time. Also, John gave me a lift home and was willing to pick me back up to the shop, but I was able to secure a ride back. Thanks again, John!
