One worker in particular, Riley, whom I'm assuming this was her first job in customer service because she looked like she was still in high school, was extremely unhelpful and had serious attitude issues, and was completely unwilling to work on a solution and acted as if I was the one that created the issue in the first place. As someone whose job is centered around customer service, her approach to the whole situation was horrible and I wouldn't hire a person like that to represent my company. If they fix their hiring and training issues it would be a great place! Hopefully those workers are given some more guidance into how to be professional.
