They were prompt and I felt they did their due diligence when I asked for different windshield replacement quotes. Booking was a breeze. They had appointment availabilities two days after my initial call with them, which was really helpful as I wanted my service done sooner than later. They initially told me the service would take 4 hours max, but they called me 2.5 - 3 hours later after dropping my car off, saying that my car is ready for pick-up. It was quick, and I had my doubts, to be honest. But it's been weeks since my car was serviced and my windshield still works fine! I would recommend this shop.

Called me back promptly, and since they didn't have the specific window in, provided a few recommendations so I would be able to have it fixed on short notice. I'm not going to them this time, but they're definitely going to be my first call next time.
