I was so pleased with the service here, I called and they had my window in stock and were able to get me in right away. I drove down and was greeted and quoted 3-4 hrs. I got there around 1pm, and had gotten a call around 3:50-4pm that it was good to go. The best thing about it is the price, they were almost half the price of their competitors. After having a terrible experience with the service technicians at Ensign Pacific Jeep dealership, the technician at Avenue Auto Glass did their best to try to help. Unfortunately, I had faulty windshield blades installed at Ensign which resulted in a cracked windshield. Although Ensign never admitted to their faults and I had to pay out of pocket for the deductible, the technician at Avenue Auto was very helpful. He tried his best to explain to the service manager at Ensign why the blades were inappropriate even though they would not listen. They did a quick and economical replacement of my window and when the repair failed 10 months later due to a manufacturing defect they replaced it in the same day at no cost even though it wasnt their fault. These folks helped me a couple of years ago with a small crack in the windshield. To this date, the windshield they repaired is still in good order which is a testament to the quality of their work and commitment to customers. Recently, my car's roof leaked during one of the many storms we've had. There was literally a puddle of water in the passenger side floor board of the car. Despite not having an appointment after driving there out of extreme concern because of more approaching storms, they took me in right away to help. They quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue and fixed it on the spot. They even took time to explain how this happened and what could be done to prevent it in the future. These guys are great and will forever be my go to place. I highly recommend them. They are honest, prices are extremely fair (even generous), and they do amazing work. A rock hit my windshield and I had a cobweb shatter on the drivers side. We called Avenue to give us an estimate and they were very helpful on the phone, esp with explaining ICBC insurance. I thought it would be better to pay outright but once I chatted with their front desk person, it made sense to just pay the deductible. This shop provides quick service (they got our car in within a day's time) and their staff is kind and friendly. Definitely would recommend them. read more

Great experience. Had the rear window of my older car smashed in, and after a CF with another glass place, I was left with an entire replacement back hatch that needed the glass removed from it and installed. I got a quote over the phone for the labor, when I told him I was bringing the part he adjusted the quote no problem. I was told to bring it by in the morning and they hoped to have it done before the end of the day. The job was done much sooner than expected, and the owner was happy to ignore the quote for the extra labor because removing the glass from the hatch didn't take as long as he expected. He even offered to recycle the hatch for free. Hopefully I won't have to have this done again any time soon, but if I do I'll be a return customer. read more

I first called this shop mostly because it was close to my apartment but the service I got would have been worth travelling for. It was already well into the afternoon when I called to ask about getting a rock chip filled so I wasn't expecting to get an appointment the same day, and I wasn't surprised when the owner Salim told me they would need to look at it to be sure they could fix it. When I got there Salim had a good look himself and then brought a technician over and told him a new windshield would be hard to find if the repair failed so asked him to be sure he could fix it correctly. The tech took a look and said he could do it and then to my surprise Salim told me he could have it done in an hour or less. I walked home and he called me within a half hour with the job completed. He took care of the ICBC paper work which cost me nothing and was quick and friendly about it. That was over a month ago and the repair still looks perfect. read more

Salim is the ultimate one-man show. He quickly replaced a cracked windshield through ICBC. When I wasn't happy with the aftermarket windshield (OEM was too expensive) Salim made sure I got another one until I was satisfied. Due to a spat with greedy ICBC trolls refusing to cover the cost of my windshield claim, i had to look for an affordable vendor who could provide the glass i wanted. None of the glass shops i contacted were able to provide any significant deal to help offset the cost, and some weren't even able to source the OEM windshield glass i wanted. Not only did Avenue Auto Glass provide me an amazing deal (simply the best amongst the several i had contacted) using the OEM glass i wanted, they provided a flawless install. When they pulled the broken glass out they were very careful not to scratch the underlying frame using their soft edge tools. They were also shocked to find out that the prior glass install company (a well-known and reputable local one) had deeply scratched the surface under the glass, and not used any primer to prevent rust! They took the time to sand out and clean some of the minor surface rust, and prime it so it wouldn't be an issue. New Glass was carefully seated, quality urethane was evenly spread out, rain sensor hooked up accordingly, and Voila, Glass just as good as factory new! They will also wash your car, and replace your wipers if you want for free! Can't be happier with the quality work, service, and price. read more

I called Avenue Auto Glass on a Saturday morning to ask about replacing the broken vent window in my Corolla. I was hoping to get it repaired same day because of the rainy weather, and the first couple of glass shops I called couldn't do it that quickly. When I called Avenue, they said they could get the glass in that day, and set up an appointment for me two hours later. I was given a quote over the phone without even needing to ask, so I knew the price to expect, and it seemed very reasonable. When I arrived they were ready to start working on my car right away.
