This place is dope. Stumbled upon it because of the yellow umbrellas across the street that, turns out, is their beer garden with bocce ball! Cool brewery with a funky, almost hipster vibe. Along with beer and a limited food menu (you can bring your own food too!) they have a lot of records for sale! They even have a setup where you can listen to the records before you buy; very cool. This place is right around from the train station, so if you're waiting to pick someone up, you can "accidentally" show up early so you have to kill some time here (or have them meet you here!) So glad I found it. Will 100% be back!

Berlinetta Brewing Company is a craft brewery that opened in Bridgeport, Connecticut in June 2021. It was founded by brothers Rich and Chris Ruggiero. Rich developed a deep admiration for Czech beer and culture on his trips to the Czech Republic with his wife (a Czech native). Eventually the brothers decided to open a brewery with a focus on European style lagers. The location they chose to house their brewery was the newly refurbished Jayson Building, which was the first dedicated automobile showroom in America (circa 1920s). They chose the name "Berlinetta" (Italian for 'little saloon') as a reference to European culture and their love of cars (i.e. Ferrari Berlinetta, Chevy Camaro Berlinetta). I stopped in at Berlinetta last Thursday afternoon not long after I finished work for the day. I arrived right when they opened. I was met by head brewer Rich Ruggiero who talked about the beers with me. I absolutely loved the interior of the brewery! Not only is it a place that appeals to craft beer drinkers, but also audiophiles. The place was filled with vintage analog stereo equipment, a DJ station, and plenty of vintage vinyl records that were for sale. They frequently book guest DJs to perform in the taproom. This place was right up my alley! Ruggiero explained that the brewery's wolf logo was a reference to the Latin name for hops (Humulus Lupulus, meaning "the little wolf that comes from the Earth"). He was amused when I mentioned that my last name was Lupoli (Italian for 'little wolf'). Rich gave me a sampler flight that consisted of a Pale Ale, an Amber Lager, a Czech Pilsner, an Imperial Red Ale, and a Vienna Lager. Everything was excellent, but my favorite was the Pilsner (named "Velvet"). They were playing a nice eclectic mix of tunes as I enjoyed my flight. I ended up leaving with some cans of the Pilsner, as well as a bottle of their Tripel which I enjoyed at home. In a state where most breweries are focusing on New England IPAs, Sours, and Barrel-Aged Stouts, it's nice to see someone doing something different. I look forward to returning!

LOVED this place. In Bridgeport for a couple nights for reasons. I'm a female traveling by myself so always on the lookout for a good spot where I can chill, have a beer, and go through my emails in peace. This place was exactly that. Great space, great beer, great music. Definitely the coolest place I found in Bridgeport.

Place is cool. Staff was nice. Beer was good. I'd suggest less racks of clothes and more seating, but that's just me.

Killer pizza, nice people, and delivery right to our table at the brewery up the road. What's not to love?

The bartenders were really knowledgeable and explained every beer we asked about and Jason in Area 2 told us all about how they make their Whiskey it was a really cool process made us appreciate the drink more. You'll definitely have a great time here there's so much to do we loved trying the beer and espresso martini flight. Will definitely be back I love the quiet area in the tasting room and all the games they have!

"Good beer brings people together. Great breweries make you want to stay."…read more We came to Two Roads Brewing for a UConn alumni basketball watch party, and it turned out to be a really fun place to catch a game. The biggest highlight was easily the beer selection. The variety was impressive, with a wide range of styles that made it easy for everyone in our group to find something they enjoyed. Whether you prefer something light and crisp or something a little more bold, they seem to have a beer that fits the mood. Food was honestly the weaker part of the experience. It was fine and did the job, but it was not particularly memorable. Nothing was bad, it just did not stand out compared to how strong the drink program is. Service was excellent. The staff were extremely kind and attentive throughout the event. Even with a busy crowd watching the game, they stayed friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience feel welcoming. The ambiance is where Two Roads really shines. The brewery space is large, lively, and perfect for group gatherings. Watching a game there with a room full of fans creates a great energy, and the open brewery atmosphere gives the place a fun and social feel. Four stars for a brewery that delivers great beer, great service, and a lively place to watch a game, even if the food is not the main attraction.
