Once upon a time it was a lovely, decadent little shop and we looked forward to indulging in chocolates for our Tanglewood visit. Not anymore. For the last 4 years, the service has been poor and they are out of chocolates on a regular basis. After 2020, they asked for patience which we gladly gave but they adopted dismissive staff and a lack of customer care as standard operating procedure. If you go, be prepared for disappointment.

Needless to say, we're looking forward to our next trip to Modern Milk Bar. It's a "Must Stop" if you're taking a trip through the Berkshires area.
