My wife ordered a Prosciutto Baguette with arugula, red pepper tapenade, and Buffalo Mozzarella with an aged balsamic dressing for $16. I ordered a Pita Sadwich with White Bean Hummus, Beets, Olives, Pickled Onions, and Arugula for $12. Both sandwiches were served with a small salad of local greens. I loved my sandwich. The pillowy softness of the pita, the smooth velvety texture of the hummus, the sweetness of the beets, and the saltiness of the olives all combined for one fantastic sandwich. Portion size was generous, and since we knew we'd be stopping down the street for ice cream, we each took home half of our lunch. Pricing was reasonable at just around $30 after tax and before tip. SoCo has so many unusual flavors like Butter Cake, lemon poppy, and blueberry honey lavender, and my favorite flavor is Silver Bells which contains goat cheese, pistachios, dried cranberries, and dark chocolate chips. The ice cream ingredients are mostly locally sourced and are all carefully chosen. You can tell the care that is put into SoCo's flavors as they are all so creamy and delicious.
