She takes her time to make sure everything is perfect and checks in with you throughout the process. The space was very clean. I got the jasmine Brazilian wax, and while the prices are a bit on the higher side, it wasn't that painful. I do wish they would take a little more time to explain the differences between the waxes and make recommendations based on what each person needs instead of just trying to upsell. But overall, nice, clean place. Fast service. I also love the little free gifts they give at the end.

You cannot trust just anyone to do your sugaring or waxing, especially in sensitive areas, but I have never been disappointed here. I book everything online and if you need to reschedule, calling in is a breeze. The other staff I have interacted with have always been pleasant and accommodating. You can also get package deals for your sugaring or waxing to save money and for convenience. I did this in the past and recommend it if you can afford it upfront. I would not go anywhere else for my sugaring or waxing needs. I highly recommend this shop if you need any hair removal done or any other services they offer. You will definitely get quality service that is worth every dollar.

I don't like complaining but I got my eyebrows done here on last Friday- NOT EVEN A WEEK.. and my…read moreeyebrow is peeling, burning, and some of the hair off my eyebrows are missing. When I spoke to someone on the phone, she took no ownership. She made it seem as though it was my fault, or it was make up, or too much water (so she said). I don't wear makeup at all and I didn't put water or any products on my eyebrows. I never do!!! This isn't my first time getting my eyebrows threaded and tint but the first time I had my eyebrows peel and hairs missing. It's sad that I couldn't even been compensated by coming back (which is 40 minutes away) for them to re do it. Thank you for not caring about your customers. I will never return and I hope others see this message and don't go there at all. Customer satisfaction should be too priority. THANK YOU FOR RUINING MY EYEBROWS!!!!!

Best waxing franchise, ever. Period, point blank. Before I moved to Atlanta I tried a 2 or 3…read moredifferent wax studios, some that are big names, some that were local. They did their job but when I first visited a Sweet Peach studio in Atlanta, I knew I had been missing out on an even better experience. I have visited this Virginia Highlands location once before, but actually thought that I was booking at their Vinings location. Oops! Halfway through my drive I realized that I was going to a totally different place, lol. (The team was so nice, they assured me that if I was at the wrong location, they would have worked it out for me) Parking in this neighborhood can feel a little risky as there are 'no parking' signs all over, it's hard to know what to believe. I called ahead just to confirm if I could park on the street without issue during my afternoon visit and was reassured. Spoiler alert: My car was safe in its original spot with no ticket in sight. The vibes at each Sweet Peach are the same, adorable and covered in peaches! Peach rugs, walls in peachy tones, adorable peachy butts, etc etc. Once you walk into a Sweet Peach, you'll never forget how they look lol. Another fun trait of each Sweet Peach? Sex and The City plays on each tv. LOVE. Definitely easy to get through a waxing/sugaring appointment as you see Carrie embarrassing herself once again for Big's attention. The team at this location (and honestly, every locaton) is SO nice. They were patient, incredibly helpful and just sweethearts. Tammy was my wax tech on my last visit and she did an amazing job. Quick, efficient and we had a nice little chat. They really hire some great employees here - from the front desk to the waxers. Truly my favorite waxing studio!

If you're a guy and looking to get a haircut here, don't…read more I honestly should have seen the signs.. I walked in there and asked for a small trim with a reference. They took me to this washing station where the lady was tugging on my hair real hard without considering how hard she pulled it. She then brought me over to cut my hair, and I thought it was weird how she mindlessly snipped like crazy without checking her work. It seemed like she just wanted to get the whole haircut thing over with without caring about what the end result was. She cut for 30 minutes, taking away 9 months of growth. I asked for a small trim, some texture, and showed a reference of how it was supposed to be like. She damaged my hair, and turned me into a spiky raccoon. My self worth plummeted along with the 45 dollars that this sh*tshow costed. The first picture is the reference, the second pic is what I had before, and the third pic is what I got.
