After waiting an hour, and taking someone in-front of me they finally told me they couldn't take my blood and that I needed to go to the hospital instead. It was frustrating because they clearly knew ahead of time that they wouldn't be able to do it, yet still had me wait all that time. (I had also brought paperwork day prior to ask if thelabs could be processed there and they said yes) The lab techs didn't seem too concerned about the inconvenience, which was disappointing. That said, I want to highlight the woman at the front desk - she was absolutely wonderful. As I was walking out, she kindly explained that she had already entered me into the system. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out, especially compared to the rest of the staff.
