(It was, by the way, a pleasure to call a company and have a real person answer the phone.) The folks at this company are dedicated and reliable. The initial installation was as guaranteed, and when a slight adjustment was needed about a year later, the service was as quick and responsible as it was for the initial installation. We expect a bill but weren't even charged for this follow-up service call. Often, companies go missing in action once they have payment. Just the opposite is true for this one.
