We were told to meet at Barclay Tower, yet the agent went to Liberty Plaza. Another agent began our appointment and she was extremely friendly and helpful. The other agent essentially took over, when he arrived 20 minutes later. In the office, they showed us several floorplans. We discarded a few, based on view and space, yet on the tour, they relentlessly showed us all of the units. We toured Barclay and Liberty Plaza. The tours were thorough, but rushed. Lacking personalization, I felt like we were on an assembly line. The agents were completely knowledgeable about the properties and neighborhood. Overall, the rental agents were friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable and determined.

The Super, Robert Dool will try every which way to get the tenant out of the apartment after you have just arrive at this shithole. The Glenwood Management is literally a cluster fuck of nothing getting done for the tenant, the super (Bob Dool) who stares at me when something needs to get fixed, me hoping for a miracle for someone to get something done. Elmwood Village pulled a 180 and I wish I was there. Do not deal with Ami when you see the number on Craigslist, they try to scam you an extra months rent. To my friends, I wouldn't suggest the Money Pit of Glenwood Management, my enemies best place to live ; ).

This company also manages my building and I've had zero issues in the almost 8 months I've lived here. They send exterminators regularly (totally preventative - I've had zero pests) and Gary is super responsive anytime I've had a question or an issue with my apartment. A+!
