Treated like a vip all the way and for minor procedures everyone here treats everybody with the utmost of care. Payment plans are extremely flexible even though it seems like a lot their service outweighs the cost of this facility . Definitely will consider these people again if the need arises ice again. Dr. Connors was professional, talented,experienced and had a wonderful way of connecting with patients. Their part time back surgeon is not the best. He is too busy and doesn't give the confidence that you need to allow someone to cut into your spine. His work was minimally acceptable. The doctor who specializes in shoulder surgery was a dissatisfaction. After doing a shoulder twice, he dropped the case by just stopping communication. I was given the name of a different doctor who he didn't have any real knowledge of and ordered a final scan the results of which he never spoke to me about. At a final meeting that I made to try and find out what we were doing next, he was detached, in a hurry to just drop the case. He was clearly not interested in continuing to try and find a solution. Being a senior doctor who heads the department, he was completely uninterested in continuing with me. I have had to find another surgeon to continue working with who is willing to find a way to correct the problem and find a way to help get the daily pain unDer some control. The support staff at Excel is the best I could ask for. They are helpful, courteous and go above and beyond to get you what you need. So, if you decide to use this business, be very aware of the unprofessional attitude of some of the surgeons and be sure to make the right choice.

What used to be an amazing staff with several viable locations has now become a place of misdiagnoses and a shortage of doctors. Patients are assigned a nurse and are told they cannot see the supervising doctor. As a veteran with a disability, I was treated poorly, and they didn't even check my allergy list. You will wait for endless hours, only to be sent home with a bill. I strongly advise avoiding this place and its fake positive reviews. I filed formal complaints, but the hospital ignored them and sent me to collections. They are a scam, and it makes me sad because they used to be a great hospital system.

My PCP referred me to doctor Nicoletta and although I was a bit intrigued at first, pulling up his online resume had me floored. He's pretty much as good as it gets in New England. He has years of experience and fixes up some of Boston's professional athletes. He focuses on sports medicine and is both courteous and professional. On my numerous visits there both before and after surgery, he's been incredible and has guided me and gotten me back on track. The day of the surgery, he reassured me just minutes before I was put under anestesia. His work on my shoulder was arthroscopic, which isn't always the case on the type of major surgery that he performed on me - It left very small scars and lead to a much quicker heal time. Five months later I'm back in action playing ice hockey and other contact sports as if nothing happened! This fine gentleman is the one I'll go to if I ever need any surgery in the future. Hopefully I won't.

I had to take my child here for a very complicated toe infection that was not responding via urgent care, nor her pediatrician, nor a double round of antibiotics. Dr. Morano was first of all, extremely competent. But the icing on all of the cake was his amazing sense of humor and dad jokes, how genuine he was, sensitive & gentle. Diane was our receptionist both times. She is incredibly sweet and probably the nicest receptionist I have ever dealt with in my life. I'm 45. And honestly, I have pretty high standards, finding myself frequently mentioning that so-and-so should never deal with the public or choose customer service as a profession We received excellent care in an extremely warm and inviting atmosphere. Booking the appointment on the phone was easy and the receptionist was empathetic, kind, and extremely accommodating for a semi emergency. Basically, I would look **forward** to a holiday dinner if I had Dr. Murano and Diane there. If you are not familiar with the area... You cannot really head left out of the parking lot to leave but we found a different way around. Not an issue for this second appointment at 6:20 AM... Thank you so much for having a before school appointment! But it was for an appointment during rush hour, the previous Time. I really hate that intersection. I never thought I would say it, but I'm actually going to miss our Pediatric Podiatrist! Five stars in every single way. I had a very concerning experience at Winchester Hospital when I brought my mother in with…read moreextremely high blood pressure (202/87). Upon arrival, they performed an EKG, X-rays, and blood work--but then left her sitting in the waiting room for over 8 hours without treatment or monitoring. Given her condition, this was alarming and felt unsafe. When we were finally brought to a room, we were seen by a nurse practitioner who, while polite, informed us we would not be seeing a physician as he had 12 years experience. After additional blood work, he returned and said she would be discharged if she could walk. A staff member walked her for approximately 10 seconds and cleared her. I specifically asked why she was being discharged with blood pressure still over 200, and was told she was "fine" and that her primary care doctor would need to manage it. This response was both dismissive and deeply concerning given the potential severity of hypertensive crisis. The lack of urgency, minimal evaluation before discharge, and dismissal of a dangerously high blood pressure reading left us feeling frustrated and worried for her safety. I would not expect this level of care--or lack thereof--from a hospital in a serious situation.
