This place was amazing…read more Our food was brought out so quickly, everything tasted flavorful and satisfying. The staff were all busily employed, attentive and kind. I can't say enough good things about our visit. The bathrooms even had a touchscreen mirror?? So cool! We had a bit of everything, though I didn't get many photos. Crab rangoon, chicken hibachi, a few special sushi rolls and even fried Oreos for dessert. Very clean, very kind- 100% recommend.

The real standout, though, is the flavor that is bold and balanced. Service is warm and attentive without ever feeling rushed. The staff is quick with and genuinely enthusiastic about the food they serve. Portions are generous, prices are reasonable, and the relaxed atmosphere makes it an ideal spot for a casual midday meal. I started with the Tuna Tataki, and it completely surprised me -- in the best way. Having ordered this dish at other restaurants, I wasn't expecting such a set up. It was a bright, vibrant, and flavor-packed version. The Phoenix Roll followed, and it was another good choice. Bursting with spice and layered flavors, it's a great pick for anyone who enjoys a little heat. For our main course, we all went with General Tso's Chicken. It was well executed, with a satisfying balance of sweetness and crunch. The only part of the meal I didn't personally love was the fried rice, which didn't quite match the quality of the other dishes. Overall, the food was enjoyable, and the experience made for a memorable family lunch.

Had lunch here today. I ordered a 3 Meat platter with 2 sides. And an iced tea. When I got the…read moretea it was Lipton. Tastes as expected. There are only 5 or 6 tables and I got one that seated 2 people. I tasted the sauces that were on the table. The original was a thick molasses forward sauce with a finish that tastes like liquid smoke. The Sara's Spicy sauce was the same as the original with some cayenne added so you get a bit of heat at the end. The mustard sauce was very sweet with a mustard flavor. There was quite a bit of vinegar tang to it as well. The Slap Yo Mama sauce was a thin tomato vinegar forward sauce with a touch of heat to the finish. I got pulled pork, brisket, and smoked chicken. The pulled pork was stringy, crispy, and dry. The brisket was cut into pieces that reminds me of burnt ends. Was also very dry. I used a ton of sauce on the pork and brisket to make up for the dryness in the meat. When I ordered smoked chicken I didn't know it was going to be pulled chicken. That should be spelled out on the menu. The chicken was cooked perfect. Tender, moist and well seasoned. The smoke on all the meat has a burnt smoke taste. In a bad way. Green beans were fresh and were completely plain. I got the baked beans and those were very enjoyable. It's their own recipe and its actually very good. Mustard and brown sugar with some fresh veggies mixed in. I really liked it. The cornbread was also dry. My only advice to this place would be to figure out a way to cook your meats so they don't dry out. And smoke the food so it doesn't have a burnt ash tray taste and it would be much better.

The Ambiance was the same as Brian's buffet other than the music and new tables. However other than the stale food. It did taste pretty good. The Crab Rangoons were a highlight.

We were told that dinner has more seafood..for lunch today the seafood was poached large shrimp with asian vegetable good and seafood casserole (artificial crab stick, average) it was heavy on the chicken dishes and a few vegetarian dishes. They had a dessert bar (husband liked it) salad bar and a table of assorted sushi. I passed on the sushi. I did enjoy the chicken w black bean sauce and the singapore noodles. They had sweet and sour chicken and pork, mongolian beef, general tso, etc. They also had several potato dishes ie french fries, mashed potatoes and another fried wedges. They also had pizza and macaroni/cheese. The food was mildly seasoned and not high on msg. We missed a few standards ie fried rice, chow fun, cake noodles. and egg tarts or spareribs. They did ask for suggestions and seemed interested in feedback. We will try again once they have more time to develop.
