The staff are all very helpful and provide individualized tools you need to succeed in this 6 week program. I have always had a problem being consistent with diet/exercise and this has been a difficult week, but they provide a nutrition plan and following that has made it much easier than I anticipated. I'm excited to see how I can continue to transform myself mentally and physically. This is a gym that not only includes personal trainers, but people who truly want you to succeed at this gym! The women I've met so far that train there, are all very nice and motivating and it has helped me get through the workouts!! It also helps that it's an all female gym because there are people of all fitness levels and they're all working towards individual goals. For me, that's a huge motivating factor because I know there are people I can relate to! I've never felt this confident about a gym so a very happy 5 stars from me! :)

EDIT/UPDATE: After reading some of the comments, I wanted to update my post (you can find my…read moreinitial review below). I participated in the 6 weeks challenge and it was one of the toughest things I have ever done. I had never in my life thought about lifting weights and I have never been the type of person to limit/restrict what I eat. In the past, I have tried to stay active by running about 1 mile/day and as far as food went-- the word DIET was never in my vocabulary. By the end of the challenge, I had moved up from running 1 mile/day to over 3 miles/day in the same time frame. During the 6 week challenge, besides going into the studio AT LEAST 3 times a week, I would do cardio at home for about 45 minutes about 4 times a week. Personally, the meal plan was the hardest for me to follow because I LOVE SWEETS. And I would be lying if I said I didn't cheat during the 6 weeks (I had cake on my sister's birthday) And knowing that I am about to sound corny BUT: it's not about how you fall, it's about how you get back up! Even when I fell off the meal plan, I had to put that behind me. I began to get more creative with my meals to help with that (made cauliflower pizza to fight the cravings)! Week 1- I saw some results, nothing impressive but the scale moved down a little. Week 2- I saw ZERO results (and I had pushed myself harder than week 1). It would have so easy to say, I can't do it at that point and just quit. One thing the trainers share is "How bad do you want it? How hard are you willingly to work for it?". My experience with all the trainers was positive, they would walk around during the sessions, and if you were struggling, they were right there, giving you the encouragement you needed to keep going. Yes, there is a deposit you pay with added guidelines but at no point is the challenge 100% guaranteed unless you put in the work and dedication to complete it. I believe during my orientation, one of the trainers said they had a 90% success rate. Most of the 10% were participants who didn't commit to the diet plan. This challenge is not easy! It is hard to not cheat while on a meal plan, and I would walk out of the studio feeling sore everyday- the good kind of sore. You have to really push yourself. If you push yourself, and stay committed, you will reach your goals. I did it! Initial Review: Perfect Gym for Women! I love going to the classes! They always changed up their routines so you continue to challenge your body and you stay engaged! The trainers are very interactive and they pushed me to work harder than I thought I could! Once I began the journey, it showed how much a balanced diet and exercise can contribute to a healthy life and body! I lost 20 lbs and 7% body fat in only 6 weeks!

I started working with Chris about two months ago and already lost 18 pounds and reduced my body…read morefat from 21% to 14%. I order meals every week and that has been a game changer for me. After I started a new job earlier this year, I've had less time to cook and started eating out almost daily and put on over too ouch weight. But now, having such delicious and balanced meals available in advance allows me to eat at home consistently. I knew restaurant meals had too many calories, but I didn't expect these prepared meals to be so delicious, filling and healthy. The average meal is between 520 to 680 calories. Most of the time I can't even finish them in one sitting. So I'm definitely not starving and I don't consider myself as being on a diet. Besides the meals, I use Chris' help as a nutritionist. Through a mobile application, I log my calories and activities daily for Chris to review. Each day he gives me some pointers as to I did well and what I can do differently. Even when I go on long trips, Chris gives me easy to follow instructions on what to eat from restaurants or healthy snacks from gas stations and I've continued to lose weight while traveling. There is no judgement, but expect honest feedback if you make bad decisions. Otherwise you would be wasting your money. People, including personal trainers at the gym who do not train me, have commented on my body transformation. I already exercised before I started with Chris, but he helped me get my fitness goals to levels I didn't think possible anymore at my age (45). Everything is possible, you just need to know the science behind nutrition and that's exactly what Chris provides in addition to making it easy to follow the plan with his prepared meals.

Although I like to cook, I knew with a packed schedule that starts at 3:30 AM most days, there's no way I could manage to stay on top of my diet. I decided to try using some meal prep services. I experimented with 2 or 3 before Chris introduced me to his meal prep and nutrition services a the gym one day. I've been ordering consistently since then. I can say that his service has been the most consistently high quality and tasty food that I've had. The process is straightforward and doesn't require any subscription, so you're never in danger of spending money on food you won't eat. Since you can shop by meal, you also won't ever end up with food you don't like. Chris is super responsive to questions and very much invested in the quality of his food. The menu updates regularly, but not so much that it's overwhelming or confusing. It's a good blend of predictable while keeping things interesting. I'm maintaining my diet easily and anticipate that I will continue to use this service in the long term. Definitely a happy customer. In terms of commitment to customer service, today Chris personally delivered my food to my home after his usual delivery driver was unavailable. I was impressed. Many services would have delayed or changed their timing. This was seamless!

I had been at my goal weight for a few years and didn't feel like OTF gave me enough time with the weights to build up my muscles. I met one of the owners, Lance, when I took my son for a Speed & Agility class and we talked about how I was looking to build muscle to not only protect my joints but also to gain more strength. I scheduled an intro class with him the following week and then decided to cancel my OTF membership to switch to Treigned because I knew it was going to be more challenging and a better environment for me. I originally told Lance that I try to work out 2-3 times a week because I have kids' activities the other days and I play soccer on Sundays. That only lasted about a month and now I go almost every day. You are given a workout each day to follow but Lance or one of the other trainers are always there with you to give you modifications or substitutions if you want to target a different area that day. It is almost like having a personal trainer each time but you also get the camaraderie of the other members in your sessions. The music isn't super loud so you can actually converse and build relationships and a community that makes you want to come workout every day. As for my goals, I have built a lot more muscle and have actually lost 7 more pounds that have stayed off. The best part is that this place doesn't have to be just for you. They have kids (as young as 5 years old) training in there as well. Some are doing weights and others are doing Speed and Agility. So, if you are interested in showing your children a healthy lifestyle or want to improve their performance in athletics, you can bring them here and get in a workout yourself while they train. It becomes a family event :) If your goal is to lose weight, come to Treigned. If your goal is to gain weight/muscle, come to Treigned.
