Simple menu with great food, amazing atmosphere, and plenty of dining space. Also has a solid cocktail and beer selection.

Theres outside seating for nice days, a fire pit that seats many&if you dont have problems meeting new people. The food. OMG. The drinks, just delicious. Our party of 4 opted for drinks & I shared the warm brie with fruit with my friend. I ordered a white wine from Portugal called Vinho Verde, had a little fizz but not like sparkling, so good. My entree was Diver Scallops with mushroom risotto, topped with crispy leeks & an herb pesto. The portion was more than I expected, I must've had a half dozen scallops on my plate, so delicious, risotto was thick, scallops were plump. A friend had the same meal. My husband had the grilled flat iron steak, the potatoes it came with were bigger than a fingerling, crispy skin, just out of this world. Our server, whos name i didnt catch, was always available for refills, very nice man, but the other staff walking by would ask if we were good, so kudos! Dessert for this group was in the form of alcohol so we took our black walnut martinis to the fire pit, where we sat for awhile. This is a fine dining restaurant with the comfort of a casual bar with all the food & drink you can need. Pure satisfaction, I cannot wait to go back for the raw bar.

ALERT: NO MORE $3 MARTINIS!!!!!!…read more So I definitely was one of the people who let the cat out of the bag on this one! I hate gate keeping and I know myself, my husband, and many of my friends supported this place. I mean seriously $3 martini night was something that made this place a gem but without it I honestly don't see us coming back! This place truly has sooooo much potential. I wish I could help them with some ideas to really make this restaurant the spot to be. I can tell you now though charging $19 for a martini is not it!! Also I tried their new banana bread martini and it wasn't great. Which makes it worst that it's so much more money. I mean I am truly a nobody but I have a list of ideas for them if they ever want to know because this place truly has great bones. Here's one for free. On one of your lowest sale nights I'm assuming Thursday because that's when you had your $3 special, why not offer girl dinner? A $25 special that includes two basic flavored martinis and French fries. For $30 include two Caesar or house salads. I gaurantee people with order that. And you can't tell me you are getting hit too hard for food cost for salad and fries? But also you gotta change your decor up a bit. Look at the surrounding restaurants that are charging that much for a martini and the vibe of the place. If I'm going to spend bougie money I want to feel like I'm in a bougie spot!

We saw the good reviews, menu, and outdoor seating at Nu Cavu and it looked interesting. The food was spot on. We had a group of 7 and we all enjoyed it. Our hostess Charize also had to be our delivered 5 - star which was impressive since she had only been in the restaurant industry. She she knew the menu, paid attention to detail, and was checking on us every 10 minutes. Will absolutely will bring back friends and guests.

The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful, especially during the fall and winter. Sitting outside around the massive fire pit with a drink in hand is one of my favorite experiences. The restaurant itself is elegant yet cozy, and the entire property is stunning, with luxury cabins, a spa, and breathtaking surroundings that make it a perfect getaway--especially for visitors coming from New York City. The food is consistently outstanding. Every dish is beautifully prepared, the cocktails are excellent, and while the portions are on the gourmet side, the quality more than justifies the price. It is definitely a splurge for locals, but it's worth it for a special occasion or when you're looking for an exceptional dining experience. Even though they don't offer a kids' menu, it's never been an issue for us. My 6-year-old loves the food and actually asks to celebrate her birthday there, which says a lot! Parking is easy with a large lot and complimentary valet service, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for outstanding farm-to-table cuisine, beautiful scenery, and a memorable dining experience in the Hudson Valley, I highly recommend Clay at Wildflower Farms. It's a place we happily return to again and again.

The roads were dusty, rocky, and…read morehad me questioning if I was going the right way...but then again, it's the same everywhere around here. Thankfully, the scenery improved as we got closer, and driving through the open fields to the restaurant was actually pretty nice. Parking was easy, and we didn't have to use valet even though we had to drive through valet to the parking. The service was on the slower side (on a quiet weekday), but the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our meal. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the price. The burger was super oily and the chicken was DRYYYY, but nothing particularly memorable, especially considering how expensive it was. It honestly felt like we were paying more for the beautiful views and the overall resort atmosphere, since the restaurant is connected to an all inclusive resort. The one thing that truly stood out was the dessert and my favorite part of the entire experience. Overall, it's a lovely place to visit for the scenery and ambiance, and TikTok vibes, but if you're going solely for the food, I don't think it offers the best value for the price.
