The restaurant only has 1 chef and 1 waitress at the time I came, so the waiting time for table, got order and food was served was 30 minutes or so. The restaurant was packed shortly after I got my table, and take-out ordered kept coming, to the point chef couldn't take anymore orders. I got dinner combo, which 4 rolls sushi and 2 salad. So there are 2 moving belts, robots, and servers. It's a lot! Fun, but be aware. It is cool that you can see things moving past and try different things. The plates on the belt are also less than a full order, which means you can try more things, if that's your style. Service is pretty quick since you're helping yourself from the belt. They do a good job making sure there is a variety of items on the belt and seemed to restock pretty quickly. You can mostly chose from rolls and nigiri. I do like American style rolls, and enjoyed the options. The guy prefers nigiri. We ordered some tempura and picked some nigiri from the menu as well. I really enjoyed the veggie tempura. They have good salmon - we tried the peppered salmon, which he thought was too much, but was smokey and peppery, and I enjoyed.
