So for starters this was Tuesday evening restaurant was not to busy a few big parties but many open tables and many of them open and still uncleaned. Host was not very welcoming. Not professional to the standard I would hold this place too due to the appearance and price point they are trying to achieve. So came in around 7:30 to put my name on the list.. Host advised it will be till 8:30 almost an hour. Ok will wait no rush. 8:30 approached and still said 30 more min. Keep in mind they do look like they only have 2 servers. But definitely she did not keep us updated or said sorry for the wait can we at least offer you some water while waiting. Completely just over looked us. I do believe with that kind of attitude and disorder you should go to a place that would much rather value your time. Would not recommend for over price steaks and poor customer service. read more

I was thoroughly impressed. Carla was super sweet and Louis prepped my ribeye perfectly. My ribeye was cooked to perfection with a mixture of juiciness and seared outside. I would come back here again just for that steak. The wedge salad was unique with the avocado ranch dressing and large bacon portions. The mashed potatoes were also a hit. Below average restaurant with an excellent steak. Went there with a group of 8 and they pretty much messed up everything they touched except the steak. Getting a drink was difficult, appetizers were wrong, my steak was excellent, one person got there steak after we were all finished eating. No one got sides as I think they came out as we were paying the bill. This is not a place I would recommend. read more

I was there this week for a convention. I was devasted at how bad my rib eye was made. I asked for a medium, it came out as well done and very tough in texture. So I waited patiently while my collegaues all ate and was actually quite embarrassed. Then the waitress brings the new steak in, this one looked like it was defrosted in the microwave and then cooked and when it came out the waitress waited above me while I cut into the steak. It literally felt like I was cutting into a rubber tire. Even the waitress was surprised and the people at my table looked at the steak and we're disgusted . How spineless of the kitchen staff to allow this disgusting steak to be allowed to even be served to a customer. Then to make it worse, the 500 pound set chef comes out of the kitchen with the waitress and asks what seems to be the issue ... How embarrassing. Everyone at my table are now looking at the chain of events at what the hell is going on. The chef then says if he can get me something else??? Really? Are u kidding me. What needs to come out of the kitchen is a new chef who knows how to cook. Where is Chef Ramsey to show them how what happened tonight was so wrong in so many ways!!! I never ate that night. I passed on dinner. And for the record I am a Ritz/Marriot executive card holder and this was embarrassing to say the least. This restaurant should be shut down! I rarely give out bad reviews but this was very bad, embarrassing and this restaurant will get someone sick one of these days. Steak house in the Atlanta Airport Marriot that is above average for a hotel steak house. It's a nice upscale escape from the hotel scene, feels like you have traveled off property. It offers fine dining which includes a great bread basket, steaks, wonderful salads and a reasonable wine list. I had the steak tartar that was topped with caviar and some micro greens and then the wedge...both excellent. The bottle of wine was a very smooth merlot with dare I say hints of peach?? We enjoyed the food of Bentley's from the confines of the bourbon bar. We ordered filet mignon, French onion soup and creamed spinach. Everything was first rate. The filet was cooked at my request between medium rare and medium which was no easy task. It was easily on the level with places like Ruth's Chris, Del Friscoes, etc. The service was what really set this place apart. Stopped by Bentleys Steakhouse after I flew into Atlanta and it was Amazing! The complemantary bread and butter was delicious and the Barratta Salad was the best I have ever had. The main course was also exquisite! But the best part was the server Reese. Reese was very kind, helpful and classy in all the good ways! For some reason, Bentley's Steakhouse is listed as closed when it is not. I dined here with a fellow officer during the pre-command course and we were treated to a Ruths Chris' style meal. The main thing that comes back to mind was the steak. The bone in ribeye was well worth the money along with the truffle mac and cheese. The portabella steak fries were also quite good. The restaurant certainly gave us plenty of food - we left stuffed and weren't able to finish everything. However, the only complaint was that the price was a tad higher than I've paid in comparable restaurants. read more

However, the service was most definitely 1 star. Don't expect to see your server ever again after you place your initial order. Insulting to ask for a credit card in advance when a person sits at bar to have dinner. Plus it's Friday night in a business travelers hotels so it's dead here. I am one of two people at the bar and this is not a 5 deep at bat club that people are going to leave and not pay. New personal rule: never order a $50 steak at the bar. Uninspired food. Steak was over done but I was never asked about it. It was advertised as a KC aged strip but the quality just wasn't there. Well all I can say is read the prices on your drink They tout their Bourbon bar which has decent selection but what's not decent is their prices; nor are they logical for what you pay in retail world. They think an Eagle Rare 10yr must be priced high because it's "rare" and it's aged 10 yrs. Retail $34-38 Your price at this place $19/glass. They JUST opened B+ next door. That's bourbon, bites and some other "b." (Forgot) We went for Bentley's but the actual dining room was closed. B+ had their own menu but also offered Bentley's menu. They offer bourbon by flights and the glass and have, I'd guess, about 40 of them all tucked away in small cages. The new decor looks great, but it's still a bit unfinished. The food was very good. And yes, it's pricey but we found it well worth it. Staff was very attentive and service was good. (We sat at the bar.) This will be a place I return to, if only for the bourbon. read more

The food was OK, but not worth the $$$$ premium. Service was disappointing. The restaurant was not busy and our server struggled with our party of 8. She spent 45 minutes trying to create 8 separate tickets from the 8 entrees, 3 drinks and 3 deserts. If I find myself at this Marriott again, I will definitely go out (i.e. leave the hotel) for dinner; Bentleys is not an option. read more

There's a lot I'm willing to let a restaurant get away with, particularly if the food is good, but running a wine scam on customers isn't among them. The food here was perfectly edible but nothing special. What's appalling is that we ordered a $60 bottle of wine from the wine list, only to be informed later that the bottle was unavailable but that the restaurant "had selected" a comparable quality. It turns out that "comparable" bottle cost $112--considerably more than our original choice. If you dine here, and drink wine, be sure to verify prices when they kindly offer a replacement, or be scammed like we were. read more

We had a wonderful dinner at Bentley's tonight. Our server/waiter was Reese. He was wonderful and treated us like royalty the entire time. The drinks from the bar were great. The food was fantastic. One of the most pleasant places to really enjoy a meal. I think the steak and lamb is as good as you can expect. Stayed at another hotel last week and the concierge recommended this place for a great steak and a nice bottle of wine. This place didn't disappoint.
