Totally remodeled from the old Mexican, this spot is a wonderland! It looks so nice and fancy. Beautifully remodeled. The bar has strong fruity blended drinks from lemon drop (delicious) to margarita (super strong). Everyone is friendly with excellent service. The DJ is amazing. Ok ok so I was looking for a new place to go out and I went to Yelp (duh) to find a spot for Saturday. Lucky for me I came across Wraith. Now, there are certain things that I wish were different however it was a cute experience and I'd come back again. First things first - I'm not crazy about the location. I always like when a place is around other lounges, restaurants etc so if one movement doesn't work I can hop over to the next thing. Being at Wraith, it stands on its own, so you can't walk to anything but I like that there's parking! Second - the place is really cute, equipped with an outdoor patio. I didn't sit outside this first time, I went in but I may sit outside next time. I thought the DJ was good. He had a good mix of old and new, and not once did I hear a song and think "why is he playing this". I was very pleased with the selection. Also, I appreciated the strong drinks made by the bartender and the hookah was good and it was CAYUTE! It comes with a pink light. Coals only had to be changed once and my girls and I were there for about 3 hours. Now, I don't know what was going on in Atlanta this past weekend but it seemed as though not many people were out? Granted, Wraith filled up pretty quickly but it still could have been more people in there. Most of the crowd was also older (I'm in the grown and sexy crowd but I'm not THATTTTTT grown). It was looking a lil bit like my auntie's birthday BBQ in there. Last thing: I wish I had a better experience with the wings - I was borderline hangry so I ordered some lemon pepper wings with fries. This is my first time here after seeing it for a while but was hesitant. I came on Monday for the $5 crab legs. $5 gets you one cluster, so I got 2 clusters. You seat yourself when you come in which is a plus. Service was fast and simple. I came around late 6pm and music wasn't to loud until bout 8pm music got really loud. The drinks start at $10 to about $12 and come with at least 3 different alcohols in them. The only thing that could be better with the crab legs is that they do not provide cracking utensils, so I had to crack with my teeth and hands. Also they dont give a bucket to throw away. I was a bit leery of the name, which reminds me of those dark ghosty entities that feed on light-filled souls. In keeping with that, the spot was off in the back, and the W is tendrils and spooky looking, but the interior of this spot is clean and the neon, white and navy color palate perfectly matches works with the name. Terrible! Ok. The music was good. This place in targeting the grown and sexy vibe however, they are selling overpriced entrees from cooks that don't know how to COOK. I was a frequent patron until my friend's car window was smashed for an attempted car robbery. College Park Police said it happens in the parking lot almost every night. Park valet, pay to park in grass, or uber. Typical old national behavior. Inside the establishment is nice and drinks are great. They should definitely keep it 25 and older to sustain longevity and address the issue of frequent car break ins. read more

Came here on September 29th, at the last minute, because the place we really wanted to go to was too packed. I was a little impressed about the interior, especially since I used to eat at the restaurant that was previously at this location. I, however, was not impressed about the way they treated us. We came in a group of at least 20 people, and in order to get a table you had to buy 1 bottle per table which was fine. Since it was so many of us we wanted to sit in the vip section where there was more space. We asked one of the ladies working what did we have to pay to sit up there. She replied that we had to buy 3 bottles. Which wasn't a problem, but the problem was a bottle was $250! Never heard of that! We talked them down to $170 , and paid for 3 bottles. We order hookahs and food. Now he walk into the vip section and immediately approach by the bouncer ( I guess) and asked if we were supposed to be up there. Of course we said, "Hell yeah!". He walked away and came back with the server, and she said oh y'all have to buy 3 bottles per table in vip to be in vip. The fuck! Man y'all I believe it was like 7 tables up there. The server should have said that specifically. They had us messed all the way up. So we had to leave out the area. We got regular tables which was ok, but! (Pause) later that night the vip section was full with people! Mind you to be in the vip section you had to pay for 3 bottles per table to be in that mf! Oh ok ! 7 tables make that 21 bottles. I promise I did not see 21 bottles go up there! We you buy a bottle to girls come out with them lit up, and lids on fire, and a little dancing so you'll notice. I'm sitting right next to vip and I probably saw 3 bottles go up there! All they had to say is that they were waiting for they people from down the street at Camelot apartments to show up. They knew whoever they let up there. The bouncer was dapping everyone up and chit chatting with them. Mind you the space was not reserved and we asked. Between the bottles, hookahs, and food we spent money just don't know what the problem was. I'm just saying this is my first and last coming here. I would not recommend this place either. I would tell anyone who says they were even thinking about coming here they would be better off going to the Mexican restaurant across the street. This place don't respect paying customers, over charge on the bottles, and the music wasn't all that! We made to best of the night, but I can't ever come back here again.
