I went there once and no one was at the desk. After ringing the bell about 5 times and saying HELLO is anyone here, someone finally came to the desk. A few weeks later, the same thing happened. As I was putting my dog back in the car this woman runs out after 15 mins saying they didn't hear me. If they didn't hear me, how did they know I was leaving??? This past weekend was the deal breaker for us. We get there, no one is at the front desk. I ring the bell 6 times, yell HELLO is anyone here and nothing. We stood there like 15/20 mins...all we smelled was weed in the front office. It was like someone was having or someone had a party in there. I put my dog back in the car and we left. I called Tina to let her know how disappointing this has been, this was the third time this happened. I'm done and please stop calling us! We are NOT coming back.

I let them know I would look at a "plan" when I returned. I was then notified by American Express that I had been billed $543.41 by Fetch Pets .... not for the two walks I had asked for. I received no notice ... no explanation. They billed me for 20 walks. When I contacted them, they made no attempt to reconcile this. When I returned from travel I began to use the remaining 18 walks. By the end of the month I had used 10 walks. I was then billed again for another $543.41 and another 20 walks and they cancelled the remaining 10 walks from the first billing. I reached out to Shawn multiple times to reconcile this. I was ignored. I finally got resolution by filing a dispute with American Express against these charges. Beware!

We went back the next morning and they DID fix his haircut for us which I appreciate, but the fact they are underestimating the injury caused by them to our dog is NOT OKAY (also would like to add that he is a very calm well manored dog) My husband called for a refund as we now possibly need to take our dog to the vet for antibiotics and to have it checked out, it keeps opening up and bleeding all over the house since it is on his foot, and it obviously will end up costing us money out of our pocket now for vet fees and medication. The lady he spoke with the first time because the owner was out for the day, told us to "go get neosporin and a bandaid it's just a little scratch" then someone called back and offered a refund for half of what we paid (not including the generous tip we gave before we realized what really happened). Also, while my husband was there afterwards getting the half refund (since something is better than nothing) he said he witnessed one of the workers drop a small dog from the top level of kennels and the employees response was "oh he did that not me" referring to the dog. When I expressed my frustration, she hung up on me. I understand if you don't like the questions I ask or are busy, but to hang up on the customer is just plain unprofessional...I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I was out of state, and was left a voicemail at 9:38pm stating my dog "wasn't walking and may need to be picked up.", with no mention of injury made to me. Additionally, I signed the form allowing them to give him medical attention if necessary - if he wasn't walking, the next logical step is to assess his feet and/or take an x-ray to check for musculoskeletal trauma. They didn't even mention bringing him in to be seen, which heavily contradicted the level of concern in their voicemail. I was later informed by the family member who picked him up they applied a topical steroid to this raw skin, for those who aren't aware - including the staff apparently- steroids on raw skin BURNS; hence his refusal to walk and overall anxiety. As previously stated, my dog was able to be picked up the next morning, and $700 in emergency vet fees and hours of travel later, he's now settled and recovering; but as a veterinary student I am appalled at how this staff handled this situation. I wouldn't so much as buy kibble & bits from this store, let alone trust them to provide the base level of care I paid for. We will never be back, avoid this location if you can. I am of full belief the boarding staff may have a love for animals, but there's absolutely no knowledge of animal welfare or behavior.
