Bella is just a 4 month old puppy when we got her and you couldn't see her eyes so when we went to her 1st Groomer they terrified her! When I checked the food I brought, only one bag was used and the other was returned untouched. When I called to ask, I was told both dogs were fed the same food--despite me clearly explaining and providing separate food for each. This is very concerning. I paid for my dogs to be properly cared for, and that did not happen. If there was any confusion, someone should have contacted me. Overall, this experience felt unprofessional and negligent. I will not be using this boarding service again.
