We highly recommend bringing your pets here. I promise you will not find anyone who cares so much…read moreabout your pet and how they created a stress free experience for our Bella Boo.. Bella is just a 4 month old puppy when we got her and you couldn't see her eyes so when we went to her 1st Groomer they terrified her! They didn't spend any time trying to know her and Bella didn't want anything to do with these people.. she started screaming like a baby and wouldn't let anyone touch her so we took her home and Googled for the best Groomers and that's how we found this 5 star company.. and trust me they are a PURRfect Place. I talked to Aleene over the phone and told her our experience with the last Groomer. Right from the beginning Aleene made us excited to see how much she cared about our concerns and assured us not to worry. So we made our 1st appointment with Aleene and when we showed up Bella went running to Aleene and jumped in her arms kissing her as if she known her. This shows me that our Bella can sense that she can be trusted here. After 4 hours of time spent with Bella, she was ready to be picked up! We couldn't believe how happy Bella was there and even more I didn't know Bella's eyes were brown and fluffy after she was groomed. Dolly did such a great job grooming Bella to make her look so beautiful after spa day, that we already lined up 2 more customers for Dolly. We are so happy to see that there are still very caring people on this earth you can trust!! Bella Boo and we say Thank you Aleene and Dolly!! We are so glad to have met you.

Our family boarded our dog here while we were out of town. When we picked him up, we were told he…read morehad developed what was described as a "hot spot." After becoming concerned about his condition, we took him to our veterinarian, who determined that his injuries were consistent with head trauma and that he required medical treatment. As pet owners, this was heartbreaking and completely unexpected. We entrusted our loving addition to their care believing he would be safe, and we left with more questions than answers about how such a serious injury could have occurred. While their contract states they are not responsible for injuries sustained while pets are in their care, that disclaimer did little to ease our concerns or address what happened to our dog. Every pet owner has to make their own decision, but based on our experience, I encourage others to ask detailed questions about supervision, incident reporting, and what procedures are followed if a pet is injured while boarding. We hope no other family has to go through what we experienced. So to answer your question; what could you improve, our family's answer is, EVERYTHING!!!
