Great owner! He can be fun to talk to sometimes. It's hard to tell when they are open. I guess they changed their huge window honeycomb sign and use something else now. I drove by for almost a year, not knowing they changed this sign, thinking it was just "off". It's just so hard to see from the road. Prices are steep, like seven dollars a pint? At the brew house source? The chairs are hard and are all pretty high off the ground. I have a messed up upper spine, and the back gets sore after a while. I can almost never afford the place. I think their hot dogs went up in price too. Don't even get me started on the food truck prices I've seen there, lol. But I tell you what, it can be a nice change from the other grungy bars in town. One time a performer was pretending to be very kind to me. He had got me all excited about going up on stage to sing a song with him, and then said I couldn't, and humiliated me in front of everyone. It was super weird. He seemed like such a humble guy at first. What a creep! Needless to say, with the price, chairs and everything, I rarely stop in. And I always make sure it's before any performers arrive if I do. More into their beer garden events and involvement in the community. read more

Decided to stop in here for a beer on our way out of town, I'm so glad we did. They have a nice selection of beer and some food on the menu. We walked in around 3pm on a Saturday and it wasn't busy but the crowd quickly followed behind us! I think what I really loved most about this place was the friendly atmosphere. Several guests in the bar made friendly conversation and recommendations for us. We ended up just having one drink each, the juicy bine and I think the other was called the bent bine. This brewery is the first one I've been to that is located in the same parking lot as the police station. suppose if the brewery trivia game ever got too out of hand, they could just open the door and yell for assistance. It's essentially like Bent Bine has free private security guards standing right outside. I heard that Starbucks has recently closed a few locations because of security concerns. Maybe they should've stolen Bent Bine's location strategy. Belair is not a dangerous place but Bent Bine mighty be located in the safest part of Belfair. It was trivia night the evening we were there. Normally I don't like trivja because it's too loud and I never know the answers. This time it was reasonable and we were able to enjoy our beers in relative peace while we stared at the brewing equipment. Judging by the Wisconsin and Packers paraphernalia, the owner was from Wisconsin. Wisconsinites seem to be proud of their home state. After spending a lot of time in the Northwoods, I don't blame them. I haven't found another part of America that matches Wisconsin for quantity and quality of accessible lakes. The beers were decent. One was Smokey and the other one either had a hint of smoke or my taste buds were so deafened by the original Smokey beer that I couldn't tell the difference. Bent Bine Brewery is Mason County's only craft brewery. There was one previous one in Shelton but it no longer is open. Personally I feel like the quality of this new brewery in Belfair is a huge step up from that predecessor. The taproom is nice and spacious and the staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming. At this craft brewery I tried one of their beers since once again I was doing a mini tour of breweries in the area....when I say "area" I mean more towards Bremerton since I already did say that Bent Bine is the only craft brewery in Mason County. The beer that I tried here was the New Bine Pale Ale which has Simcoe and Cascade hops. The beer was extremely tasty and was very refreshing on the hot summer day that I was traveling about. Although it is just a little bit of a drive from the Bremerton area coming to Bent Bine is worth since I found the beer here extremely enjoyable! read more

Wow the Juicy Bine IPA was one of the best beers I've ever had. We also like the peanut butter and jelly sour but it lost its glamour after half a beer. We didn't enjoy any pizza but they looked good. The bartender was also super friendly. This was a nice find. read more

Chill little place off the road in Belfair. Would be a great stop to grab a growler before camping out here. Solid beer and something for everyone. The minus of the location is that there's a sheriff's office in the parking lot, and the plus is they're dog friendly. read more

This is a Great Brew Pub and right in Belfair on the main drag! They always have more than 10 of their creations on tap, and in all my times there, have yet to have a bad one. A modern ambiance with good music and very friendly (and knowledgeable) staff round out the experience. The only room for improvement (in my opinion) would be for a wider selection of food to go with the beer (they only have hot dogs and polish dogs)... but, afterall, the ARE a brew pub, not a restaurant. read more

We stopped in during a Seahawks game with some friends and had a great time. I tried a flight of (I think 7?) beers and while they weren't all "my thing" they were each great examples of their respective types of beer. You know when you go to a brewery, try a few beers and they all taste the same or just lack some punch? Definitely not the case at Bent Bine. I'm eager to return and have a couple more of the IPAs, which were top-tier for sure. read more

A new addition to Belfair, this brewery has a great staff, good selection of very well done brews/ Peanuts and pretzels are complimentary. Nice setting with a beer garden in back with tables and corn hole. Inside are long tables that can seat large or small groups.
