Every other week I would call and be told the mechanic would get ahold of me and never heard from them. The issue arose when I heard some strange noises. Upon investigation I realized they welded my V-band clamp on in the wrong spot. Which is the only reason I was so specific in my request. They ordered a new clamp and I just picked up the truck today. They didn't charge me labor which I expected them not to. However, they DID charge me for the clamp ($200 something). It's not my fault they didn't complete the job correctly and had to order a new clamp to fix their mistake. They should not have charged me for that.

They were great at explaining to me the issues the vehicle was having or could have, and kept me informed and involved in all decisions and updated me with any possible price changes. More recently, I was involved in an accident. I chose 15th Street as the tow company. The tow driver picked me and my truck up. I was a bit shook up. I have no family here and was having an "i want my daddy" moment and Gary was very patient. Helped me out of my vehicle, as the door was stuck shut, explained processes to me. He helped me find words when I was too shook up to find them myself. He drove me to More than one car rentals, waited for me to get a rental. he went out of his way out of the kindness of his heart and made being far from home seem not so far.

He was very responsive, and he made the process super easy, i filled out the credit application online and got an answer in just a few minutes. The numbers weren't exactly what i wanted, so Joe in finance worked his magic and got me to the payment i wanted even with all the warranties. He did a great job explaining the coverages, and i left with a beautiful new car, a payment i was comfortable with, and peace of mind knowing i was covered should something go wrong with the vehicle down the line. Great Job Honda of Great Falls!
