I stopped a great falls Montana west side TireRama on 5/5/14 because my low tire pressure light came on, I told the counter person that I wasn't sure which tire it was but I had put a little air in front passenger tire because it looked low however wasn't sure which one. I also told him that we had another car that was also low and close to flat at the same resident. About 25 mins later the guy said my car was ready,so went to counter to finish up. I asked how much he said $20 which suprized me never once did he tell me what the problem was finally I asked what was wrong he said the bead was not sealed which my husband had checked all of tire the week before since I was traveling 700 miles. I was not told which tire they worked on. I left and that evening went somewhere with my sister and when we stopped she could hear air coming out at which time I checked and could hear the same thing, the next morning 5/6/14 again the low tire pressure was on. Took it back and was told ha another one I said again that I told you yesterday that I wasn't sure which tire it was, I asked if he was charging me again and was told well no unless it's not the tire that was fixed at which time I was told for the first time which tire they had worked on yesterday. I was second guessing if I wanted to leave it at Tire Rama again after knowing they didn't even check any tire beside the one I told him I put air in then he looked at me and said oh don't worry about it,they finished it and was told today there was a nail in the tire, just like I had thought the day before. I still do not believe the bead on my tire was broke! I usually go to a different tire shop and have never been charged to fix a tire which I did expect to pay a little. I will never ever do business with Tire Rama again, it floors me that they wouldn't check all the tires exspecially after tell the counter man that one of the other cars at the house I was staying at also was low, my sister took her car to ok tires and was told there was a nail in it and was not charged a penny. read more
