Great coffee, properly made, and you can tell the people behind the counter actually care about what ends up in the cup. Big difference between people making coffee and people who are into coffee. Would it kill them to add a veggie burger? Service is consistently awful. I've been here half a dozen times and I've never had good service. Drinks and water are never refilled unless I ask.
