That man is Bill @ Broadway. He rebuilt my carburetor, overhauled and replaced a bad ignition distributor component, and got the car running stronger than it has in years. He also took the time to locate and install, period correct appearing RWL radial tires for me, something no one else was willing to put the time and effort into. All for a reasonable price. I am completely satisfied, and that's not easy. And make no mistake, their servicing covers all kinds of other years and makes of cars as well, as is evidenced by the variety of cars on their lot. My mechanic told me that it was the wrong engine. Keith from M & J requested pictures of the engine that was sent with a picture of my engine side by side as proof that it was the wrong one. After seeing that it was the wrong engine, M & J told me that they would refund the price of the engine, but not the shipping, which was unfair since the company sent the wrong engine. Last week M & J said they would send a freight truck to pick up the engine so that I could get my refund, but I found out from M & J today that they have not sent the freight truck, which leads me to believe that they have no intentions of refunding me the money paid for the product. Give me a full refund on the money I paid for the engine since it was their mistake. Why should I have to pay for their mistake? They have nothing on their website that discusses shipping issues.

I've been too busy to write reviews for most of the places I've visited over the past year, but I definitely wanted to carve out a few minutes to rate this business, because I found it to be excellent. I scheduled my pickup to be undercoated with Fluid Film, which is one of the services that Reliable Auto Center offers. When I arrived, they were prompt in taking my truck in. It was lunchtime, so I wandered across the street to a food truck (trailer, actually) that Troy's wife recommended (my Cubano sandwich was delicious, so I agree with her recommendation). After Troy pulled my truck into the garage and put it on the lift, he actually walked across the street to let me know his thoughts on the truck and the process before they did the work. That impressed me. While I was waiting for my food, the owner of the food trailer told me that he owns a snowplowing service and has known Troy for years, even calling him once at 3 AM when one of his trucks broke down during a storm. Troy came and got him back on the road quickly. Anyway, my truck was ready within an hour. The bill was reasonable and when I inspected the work that was done, I was impressed again. They were careful and thorough. I will definitely go back. In fact, if I lived closer by, I'm pretty certain that I would have Reliable do all the maintenance on my vehicles.

They are quick to respond easy to work with and do a good job diagnosing and getting the vehicles repaired. Their pricing is in the middle, you can always find deals but they just do good, quick work and we are happy to continue to work with them. I don't understand these old reviews it is not my experience
