Upon bringing my car in, I was met with a professional service interaction that far exceeded my expectations. They listened to me, acknowledged my concerns, asked me questions relevant to my issues then presented me with a straightforward approach that genuinely felt honest and comprehensive from the beginning. At no point did they try to sell me anything I don't need and in fact, steered me in a more cost effective option that served me better than what I thought was needed. They communicated costs and expectations with me throughout the process, resolved my issues, offered continued support, and charged a fair price while performing professional grade work. After being barked at by the moronic "senior" mechanic that everything I did to work on the repair myself was wrong (I was following the steps in the repair manual I had), they then quoted me hundreds of dollars (or more) for the repair. They said it could be the wiring, we charge so much per hour with no guarantees, it might need a whole new dashboard! I walked out, ignored what they said and ended up finishing the repair myself for SEVEN DOLLARS in parts, took all of 5 minutes! On top of that what I had done was all 100% correct. Save your money.
