Love the arcade at this place. Great food, cool staff especially John the hippie guy. Always a great time.

Huge pizza slices, I only need 1 to fill me up, every slice I have tried is good, as I am in Waynesboro every couple months visit my daughter. My go to is Pepperoni or their Garlic Mushroom read more

Cool pizza place in downtown Waynesboro. You can park in the front or back. Inside gives off an old school vibe with games in the back and oldies music. Staff are always friendly. My husband and I both got a slice of their pepperoni pizza, which are known for being HUGE! So yummy and the bottom of the crust is perfectly crisp. read more

Patronized this location twice. First time, we got takeout and could barely fit the pizza box in the car. I wasn't aware, when I ordered it, that the standard large pizza is many inches smaller in diameter than what Benny Stivale's offers (and this is the only size they offer). The pizza itself was very good. It lasted my wife and I more than a few days. The second time we dined in, but only had beers. It was nice weather, and the outdoor seating was pleasant. My only complaint would be the lack of options in terms of diameter. It's either you order by the slice, or you get something that's 28" wide. That might not seem like much, but it's almost 90 square inches of pizza. read more

Benny Stivale's - Slice(s) or 28" - Pizza Near Me - Waynesboro, Virginia

I love this place. It's not fine dining by any means, but it's exactly what you want a pizza place to be. A little bit of a dive vibe. Plus the pizza is great. These giant slices don't cost much more than regular sized slices, and a whole 28 inch pizza is super reasonably priced. One slice fills me up, but I always want more. Right ratio of cheese and sauce to crust, and a tiny crunch when you bite through the crust. I go here every time I pass through Waynesboro, especially after a nice long hike in Shenandoah. Only complaint was that the sausage slice did not look appetizing - kind of like they threw the sausage on as an afterthought after baking it. But I don't care, I'm here for a plain slice. read more

Benny's no matter what city your in is Amazing!! Authentic Italian Pizza right on Main Street in Waynesboro. Parking is roadside so be very careful as you exit your car. We get the 48 inch pizza, I suggest you pick up with an SUV or van or it may be problematic. The prices are reasonable and as well the offer local beer!! Decor is Urban/Contemporary with a few nostalgic pieces from 80s-90s. read more

It's not the best, but it's the biggest. If that's your measure, then the tank's full, diesel or low octane. What's the local spectrum? -PpJ on the lifeboat rations end (better than eating your sickly co-castaway) -Anna's, Christian's and the MelloMush(for sheer density) -Humble Pie and Lampo's at the goalpost Benny's is on the second deck, above. First time I saw $35 for a large and I almost said to my wife, "let's leave" but then I saw it. The biggest pizza on planet earth. Definitely worth getting especially if you love pizza and eat a lot. Ambiance was unique. Service was decent. read more

5 stars all around. Pizza is wonderful, HUGE! The staff were friendly and attentive. Loved the atmosphere and the sort of "speak easy" bar in 5hr back. Gelato was good, just wished they had more flavors. read more

Went last night for a quick bite to eat. Went with a slice of the special of the month and it was super delicious! Service was quick and staff was soo friendly. Parking on the street was also pretty easy. Serving size for the cost is awesome! The atmosphere is also pretty chill which made it even more enjoyable. I was told they will be having a band soon so I'll definitely be checking back in. read more

Absolutely the BEST pizza crust in the SWA area! Huge slices, friendly staff, very casual atmosphere. We will be back!

Best Benny's in the chain! We've eaten at almost all of them, and Benny Stivale's is the best we've had. Perfect crust with a buttery taste & semi crunchy texture that melts in your mouth. Very...good...pie !! read more

Benny Stivale's in Waynesboro has been our go to place. Today we entered and waited for a few minutes at the counter and saw or heard no one. We walked around and saw no one in side. Finally as we were getting ready to leave a young man came around and took our order. When my slice of pizza was ready , as I was picking it up the young man said he was sorry the crust was so then. It was like no crust at all. Just cheese melted on a plate. I'm not sure why he even served it to me. My wife's was the same. I went out side and put it in the trash I could not eat it .. please see the picture ... I drank my beer as my wife tried eating hers with a folk. Pretty much wasted our time and money going there. I still don't know why we were not offered a different slice read more

Came here after trying to get seated at 2 other local restaurants. I was with a group of 8. Benny's was very welcoming and we were so glad to find it. Biggest pizza I've ever seen and it was so good. The crust was just the way I like it, soft but crisp, not doughy. Lucked out to have live music out back so we spent a very nice time sitting at a picnic table, eating pizza and listening to some nice acoustic tunes. Staff was great. read more

The pizza was okay; not enough choices for the price. I'm spoiled, being from the city, there are few pizzerias that are to my standards here. read more

The menu is simple. Pizza, no salad, and plenty of beers from which to choose. Slice is a meal and tastes awesome. Staff is easy going but helpful. Really like this place! read more

Although the menu isn't expansive, sometimes less is more. The pizza is so good, you don't need anything else. The crust just has the perfect crunch and you can just tell it's homemade. The slices are beyond enormous. We bought a whole pizza and ate on it for 3 days. If you haven't eaten there, you need to. read more

We love our Benny's in Waynesboro Va! We live local, and can walk our family to the location for lunch and dinner. Pizza is always amazing! My husband loves their Buffalo Chicken Pizza when they have it for a monthly special. Staff is friendly and attentive. Great selection of beer, on tap and canned. When ordering pizza for pick up, very prompt. Not a bad wait time. read more

I'm really confused about why it always takes 15-20 min to get slices of pizza. I can see the pizza, it's already made, and it just needs to be heated up. I place the order, the place is mostly or completely empty, and then I'm sitting twiddling my thumbs. Also, if I try to order online, no matter what time of day, the wait time is 30-40 min. Compare to any pizza by the slice place I've ever been to, and the wait is usually 5 min unless you're asking them to make a new pizza. read more

Love their giant slices! One is really enough. Garlic mushroom is my favorite. Nice beer selection. The giant baked chocolate chip cookie is pretty good. Very fair prices. Welcome addition to downtown Waynesboro! read more

The pizza slice is no joke! Huge! But oh so good! The crust isn't flimsy so you can hold it up with one hand if you don't feel intimidated. Now this is the only pizza I want. read more

Decent size slice. I got the garlic and mushroom. It had a bit of spiciness, the sauce was good, and overall it want oily The crust was nice and crispy. Not bad considering the food options on a Sunday morning were pretty limited. read more

Excellent pizza, excellent price, the service is great- very friendly. I met up with some friends there and we loved it! They have plenty of space to do big parties but also some intimate seating for smaller numbers. 10/10 will go again read more

The slices are large and my niece has a friend in Waynesboro that suggested this place. I had a slice of mushroom and sausage which was good. The kids had a Ms. Pac Man and a shuffle board game to keep busy. Good value. read more

Great pizza and staff! We stopped tonight after googling places to eat around us, found this gem. Staff explained each pizza slice they had and what was on it. They told us there was a bar in the back, I got a bottle of Cabernet Franc. Christmas music playing in the background, which we decided to dance to. Staff was exceptional, super friendly and helpful! I can't remember the last time I had such an enjoyable evening getting pizza! read more

Went in to grab a bite before a meeting this evening...little did I know the attendants are hard of hearing. I asked for two slices of pepperoni and mushroom. The associate taking my order acted like I was asking for something foreign and asked me what I wanted after I very clearly stated it the first time. When my order came out wrong, I didn't have time to wait for a new order to be made. It's unfortunate that people don't pay attention to the customer and are in their own little world. Especially when on a time crunch. read more

I could not stop eating the pizza and it was only cheese! There are different toppings that you can try,but if you dont want the special toppings you can just get cheese or pepperoni. The atmosphere is very chill and it has some pretty good music it's not too loud but I can still hear it. There is Pac-Man that was fun and you can sit outside or indoors! I LOVE BENNY'S!! read more

Been to this location multiple times since they opened. It's definitely a family favorite in Waynesboro. $4-5 for a huge slice (big enough slices for my two kids to share one). Good rotating selection of local beers on tap along with good selection of canned/bottled sodas and beers, gatorade, etc. Added an outdoor patio area along with some green space for kids to run around. We like the price and the chill atmosphere. The pizza is "just okay." When it's fresh it's pretty good. Other times it tastes dry and warmed over. This place has become our go to when we are looking for fun, casual, local but aren't expecting "amazing" food. I wish they would make it easier to get plain water - maybe self-service instead of having to ask at the front for the smallish cups. Also, it would be great if they had a salad option (not in the scope of the typical Benny's, I know). They also sell small bags of potato chips, plate size chocolate chip cookies (more like a cookie cake texture), and recently started offered ice cream sandwiches. read more

Huge slices and amazing crust make this one of my all time favorite pizza places. It's thing New York style pizza that takes two paper plates to fit a slice. Try this place, you won't regret it! read more

Solid Pizza, massive slices. Interesting and fun selection of sodas. A good addition to downtown Waynesboro. Didn't expect all the Praise Jesus music though. read more

I took the family in to try it this afternoon. While the pizza slices were very large and my youngest could not finish her slice, we were underwhelmed. I understand that you all have to make the pizza beforehand and warm it up. A lot of places do it that way. However, please put enough sauce on the pizza so it does not dry out while it is sitting there. All the slices we got were soooo dry. You also need a better way for your customers to get plain water. Have you thought about getting a soda fountain setup? read more

Great prices and portions. Huge slices! Simple menu selection, but has the favorites (cheese, pepperoni, sausage). Convenient location. Language by bar tender just didn't make it family friendly, which was an aspect I expected. read more

Such great pizza. It's ruined me for anyplace else. One slice is enough to fill most anybody. I was super hungry once and still couldn't finish 2 slices. Good beer/cider selection but I wish they had a soda fountain machine. Otherwise you gotta pay for bottles/cans of soda. So glad they are on town now. read more

We love to eat at Benny's!! Great pizza, great little bar! Lots of beer to choose from a it's such a great addition to Main Street!

We loved the 28" pizza! Although our eyes were bigger than our stomachs it was still delicious.
