When I reached out to Chestertown Auto Parts/Marine, I was informed that Chestertown Goodyear would not honor any warranty because I didn't bring the broken down vehicle back to their shop. I was given a general Goodyear number to call for reimbursement, but was told since the Chestertown location was an independent Goodyear service center, I had to contact Chestertown again for assistance.
