I had a car that needed to be towed and repaired, and unfortunately my experience was very frustrating from start to finish.
I called on a Monday and was told they would pick up my car later that day and have it fixed by Wednesday. No one showed up. I called multiple times and was told it would be towed Tuesday morning instead. The next day, I called again in the morning and was told it would be picked up later that day. When I followed up Tuesday afternoon, I was again told it would be towed that evening--but still no one came.
On Wednesday morning, I went to the shop in person to ask what was going on. I was told again that they would "try" to tow it later that day, and that it wouldn't even be ready until the following Monday.
At that point, I felt like I was getting repeated delays without clear communication or follow-through. Instead of an apology for the confusion and missed expectations, the staff member I spoke with (I believe his name was Phil) was dismissive and had an attitude.
Overall, I would not recommend based on my experience. The lack of communication and reliability made the situation very stressful and wasted several days of my time.
