Wonderful auto shop. For the first time in 10 years I have the correct windshield wipers. Efficient, a real bargain.

I spoke with the tech about my new tires and the flood issue. this was the standard you look for in a technician but rarely find. he was experienced, conscientious and passionate about his work. it was a road trip from Grasonville but i will go back when my wife needs new tires.

I asked if they could tow it to my house, but they said they could keep it on the lot. Later they called and said they were cleaning up the lot and did I still want it fixed. I told them yes and if needed could be towed to my house. Again, they said they could keep it on the lot. I got the money for the repair and called to let them know to proceed with the repair and was told my car had been salvaged. They never notified me they were going to salvage it, or I would have had them tow the car to my house. By law they are supposed to send a registered letter. I got no letter at all. The tags were left on the car and whatever personal items were still in the car were gone. MVA says the tags and title are still in my name. Goodyear has not provided me with the name of the salvage company but said the salvage company does not have the tags. Now I have to jump through hoops with MVA to cancel my tags so I can cancel my insurance. Will not use this Goodyear again.
