I called on a Monday and was told they would pick up my car later that day and have it fixed by Wednesday. No one showed up. I called multiple times and was told it would be towed Tuesday morning instead. The next day, I called again in the morning and was told it would be picked up later that day. When I followed up Tuesday afternoon, I was again told it would be towed that evening--but still no one came. On Wednesday morning, I went to the shop in person to ask what was going on. I was told again that they would "try" to tow it later that day, and that it wouldn't even be ready until the following Monday. At that point, I felt like I was getting repeated delays without clear communication or follow-through. Instead of an apology for the confusion and missed expectations, the staff member I spoke with (I believe his name was Phil) was dismissive and had an attitude. Overall, I would not recommend based on my experience. The lack of communication and reliability made the situation very stressful and wasted several days of my time. If you want, I can also make it shorter for Google Reviews or more direct/stronger in tone.

Wilmer Park is adjacent to the marina with a walking trail and a rails to trails bike/walking trail you can follow to Washington College where many musical, educational, and cultural events are held that are open to the public. The entire marina property was raised to handle higher water and sinking ground, the waterways were dredged to keep the tall ships coming for Downrigging weekend in Fall and Tea Party in Spring. The Schooner Sultana is a permanent resident here! The new marina facilities include: beautiful Ipe floating piers, brand new conditioned bathrooms, shower facilities, laundry, and a lovely marina office with a comfy lounge area and water view deck. There's a handicap accessible boat ramp, gas & diesel, pump-out, travel-lift, and transient slips available for all sizes. Of course there's also a friendly staff. Samantha and Chris are great to work with! Our boat (DOGONIT) is resident here & we love seeing all the new visitors that are coming in under sail and power from Annapolis and beyond. The new Marina does not have a mechanic on staff, but should you find yourself in need, you can call good local mechanics who will help you on site.

I also took a bad fall at low tide because the boards that submerge are so moss covered that it's like walking on ice. The boating amenities are ok, but coming back to the boat at high tide and finding our shore line hanging in the water because the dock was submerged was very disconcerting.

I thought the issue was a few bad mechanics but with Frank's lack of support and interest to help the customer with these serious issues makes the customer think Frank wants it this way. Email get no response to Frank trying to address these issues. Customers feel no respect using this shop, getting taken advantage of every time you use them then this is the shop for use!!!

Both gentlemen were very polite as well as answered all my questions without any hesitation. My vehicle was then brought in for basic servicing where they looked over the entire vehicle for me! They let me know everything I needed to have done and also checked to see what was recommended by the manufactured at my mileage interval. I was given estimates on all repairs and services on the spot within a matter of minutes. The service advisors even checked multiple part suppliers to ensure that I get the best quality products at the best price possible. These guys do not believe in sub par parts and Euro-Tech even gives a 12 months / 12,000 mile warranty all parts and labor! You can not beat that and it shows these guys truly stand behind their work. After the work was completed on my vehicle, I was given a list of items that my vehicle needed with pricing right on my invoice. I was also informed that the minor scratches on my front bumper could be taken care of in their body shop and asked if I could wait while they put an estimate together for me on the spot free of charge. Unfortunately I declined this service because I am in the market for a new vehicle. At which point I was offered to sit down with one of Euro-Techs vehicle salesmen to discuss the possibility of owning a new vehicle. I was shocked that Euro-Tech has so much to offer in one building and was very glad to hear that they have the capability to do so much! I had an appointment to keep so I could not spend anytime right then inquiring about a new vehicle, but will make it a point to come back to see what they have to offer. I did walk their car lot to check out what they had available and there are a variety of cars and SUVs in all different price ranges. Overall I was very happy with my experience at Euro-Tech and will continue to do business there at there giant location. I had a harness wiring issue with my vehicle that I knew from the get-go was the cause of my third…read morebrake light being out but they made me pay a diagnostic fee regardless. The machine screws that affix the third brake light to the fixture are less than $5 and for how long my car was in the shop for a small repair like this, and for HOW MUCH I paid (over $500) they couldn't order these simple machine screws to complete the job properly. Instead of they left the light dangling. More importantly the fixture can just be snapped into place without screws, at the very least they could have done that but they decided to half-ass the job. I had to go to Home Depot myself and get the screws to affix it. There is a hardware store down the street from this place and they couldn't order the screws? Ridiculous Not to mention getting in touch with them to get an update is near impossible. I called after 3 business days bc I didn't get an update and it was just static on their end of the line. Save your money and go elsewhere

Being desperate to have someone come to me to fix my car I called anyway I told him I just got a tune up and was told I might need a gas fuel pump, so he send me invoice for $400 I sent $200 for the gas fuel pump. Two days later when it came in he came out the next day as he began to install the feel pump he couldn't understand why the sensor part didn't fit so started saying he can make it fit by reg the sensor it was because he had the wrong fuel pump at that time he begin to tell me different stories about this brand car have a different feel pumps once contacted Nissan they said no this car only has one he then said he will contact the people to get the right one and come back later on that evening when he came back he said he can get it to fix . I had some issues going on at home didn't realize he was putting back in my original fuel pump he then said it won't start because I needed a battery that didn't work . The next morning I have my car towed to Nissan at 7 AM I received a call from them saying that they would do a full diagnostics for 12 PM they contacted me and asked me who put the fuel pump in I told him the man that I found on yelp and they told me that if he was a real mechanic he would have known my car was filled with diesel and that is the reason that it would not work they also told me that my car had its original fuel pump in it and that the sensor had been broken and I would need to pay for a whole new sensor plus labor in a diagnosis fee .They dropped my tank drained and the car system to remove the Diesel and my car started running again. However I can no long tell how much gas I have because the sensor is broken in I have already spent about 2000 while I was out off a car for about two weeks . I email Andrew to ask for my money back and he won't respond but have the nerve to send me invoice of $100 for putting in the battery . I want my money plus the money to have my sensor replaced. Never use a side Mechanic again .
