But instead they burned a lot of time, so I was stuck. What's happening, I think, is that the towing service business has become so competitive that towing companies are accepting jobs even if they don't have enough drivers to cover the work. Then they change the deadlines... it'll be 45 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours... or cancel. It's terrible for the customer.
