Unfortunately, my experience after the sale has been very disappointing, and because of the business/finance side, I would not feel comfortable recommending IG Burton to others. I've been trying to get a GAP cancellation request submitted, and it has been a frustrating process with little communication and no clear answers. Both finance managers I've dealt with have come across as dismissive and unhelpful, which has made an already simple request much more difficult than it should be. I was also encouraged to add multiple coverages during the purchase process, which were presented in a way that was not entirely clear in terms of total cost. When I later chose to cancel one (while keeping the others), it seemed to create unnecessary resistance. At this point, I'm within my 30-day window to cancel the EasyCare GAP coverage and am still waiting for confirmation that it has been submitted. I was also told conflicting timelines regarding how long the refund would take. I hope this is resolved soon, and if it is, I would be open to updating this review. However, based on my current experience, the post-sale customer service has not met expectations.

The engine light came on a couple of days after we bought the car, and they are denying any responsibility. We are having to pay out over $2k for repairs. We just purchased one second-hand vehicle from this…read moreshop.After my husband took the driving test, he found that the brakes of this vehicle not sensitive and mentioned this issue to the star Auto shop dealer, the young dealer gave my husband explanation as " the brakes not sensitive is ok, and too sensitive brakes is not good." and he also told us there were still 2/3 brakes there. Two weeks after we purchased the vehicle, there were big noise once we stepped on the brakes. So we have to go to Pep-boys to do brake inspection. There were no front brakes at all, and two front brake pads had no metal material at all. If the dealer not tell you truth for the serious important issue (such as brakes for the vehicle), please never trust him again. Very very dangerous for the customers. Obviously, they only care about their profit, not clients' life.
