All the tea flavors are simply delicious, whether you like a more sour/tart or sweet drink. I recommend the Vampire Bite Tea for those who like a more sweeter drink, & the Cactus Blossom or Red Margarita Tea for those who like a sourer drink. For the meal replacement shakes, each flavor is unique in its own way.
