Nice location with plenty of parking, and the inside is very clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, we were a little disappointed with the food. We ordered the six-course combination, which included the onion soup, appetizers, filet, chicken, and shrimp. Everything was cooked to our liking, but the dishes lacked seasoning and didn't have the flavor we've experienced at other hibachi restaurants. Overall, it was an okay experience, but the food could definitely use more flavor.

I went here for the first time and I can honestly say that the food was pretty good and the customer service and ambiance was great as well I had the raspberry lemonade to drink and the hibachi steak well done with the colossal shrimp well done and white rice and I think next time I'm gonna get the same thing but with the fried rice no egg I definitely will be back soon

We grabbed dinner here this weekend as walk-ins. We were told about a ~20 minute wait for Both Hibachi or regular dining but it moved pretty quickly. I ordered the exotic mojito and it was delicious.i ordered steak and my friend got chicken. The food was great and the staff provided great service. This was my first time visiting this Benihana location and I would return again. I took a star off because the bathroom wasn't the cleanest.

Very nice restaurant with good ambiance. Food was pretty good but Korean barbecue is much better in my opinion. Arturo the chef was very nice and interactive.

Thank you Benihana for your generous portions and fun staff making a birthday celebration for all ages delicious and entertaining. It's been a few years since I've visited this location and I would come back. Courses will well spread out, chef used up all his tricks and my toddler daughter enjoyed them all. Now it's not Benihana without the garlic butter and fresh veggies. Thankfully the food was flavorful and enough leftovers for lunch the next days. Did you know they have souvenir mugs? A great item to bring home for your favorite drink or even a small plant. Location did however feel a little sticky inside so I removed a star.

Much better experience this time and our server Jose was very on point! I even tried a new few things and danced around the menu and was pleasantly surprised by my new picks.

Today was my first time trying Benihana. I've read reviews before so my expectations weren't high. We went on a Tuesday for lunch. The restaurant itself is very nice. It was super clean and nicely decorated. Bathrooms were spotless. We had to wait maybe 10 to 12 minutes before we were seated. The hostess was pleasant. Our waiter was being trained and he did an excellent job. He refilled lemonade without being asked. He paid lots of attention to our table. He made sure the kids had the children's chop sticks. I appreciated his attentiveness. Our cook was Emilio. He was great!! I see a lot of reviews speaking on how the food is tastelessand even my friend who I went with said the food is bland. Welllll, thank god for Emilio. Everything tasted great. He did a great job seasoning. We sat with a women who requested extra garlic butter on everything and I think that actually might be the key to having lots of flavor. It also could be that the place wasn't super busy so I don't feel like Emilio rushed to get through our seating. The lunch prices are great! No complaints. Portions we're very good. I had a full container of left overs. I'll definitely be back again!

I hadn't been to Benihana for at least 25 years and thought it would be nice to bring my kids, as we all love Hibachi. We had a reservation so it did not take long to be seated. Once seated it took an extremely long time for anyone to take our order, and the restaurant was extremely loud. Once greeted I was a bit disappointed to find that you only get noodles or rice, not both, as is customary at our local Hibachi restaurants. Our soup and salad arrived and not a server was to be found for the next 30 minutes. I saw lots of employees and a manager walking around, but nobody stopped at our table. The soup was extremely bland and after multiple attempts to try to ask someone for soy sauce, I got up and walked around for 10 minutes trying to locate our waitress. By the time we were able to get soy sauce the soup was already cold. Our chef was very nice and put on a nice show, however the lack if service, length of waiting, not all meals coming with dessert, just isn't enough for us to want to go back.

Food is always Fresh Service always great Jason was the best he definitely deserves a raise very attentive and patient!

As a person who loves hibachi, this location didn't disappoint. The food was delicious, especially the hibachi steak. The steak was seasoned well and was tender. The benihana mango lemonade tasted watered down, but their mojito was flavorful. The chef put on a good show and made sure it was interactive. He had a good sense of humor. Although it seemed to be a lot of people were present, the wait wasn't bad at all. We were seated fairly quickly. It did take a little bit of time to start preparing the entree, but I'm assuming it was because there weren't too many chefs that night. Overall, the ambiance was nice, and the staff was nice. But the women's bathroom was lacking in cleanliness a bit. They have a spacious parking lot with plenty of spots. If you want to get food to go, I would advise you to put the order in when you put your dine in order because prep time is 15-20 lintures. Nonetheless, this restaurant is great for a night out or celebrating with friends and family!

It's just worn out and tired. The food tastes good but the process is played out. Geared towards kids, about 70% of the patrons were under 15yrs old. Know what you are getting in to and expect to pay a decent amount for an average (at best) experience. Thankfully, they have a liquor license.

Great time! Great service! Great food! I definitely recommend coming here and I'll definitely be back! Had a good time! The staff from the server, cook and manger was very attentive the entire time I was there! I stepped out side of the box and order the tuna steak, OMG! It was SO good!! I'm so glad I decided to go with something different! Please give it a try! Especially if you're a pescatarian or if you're like me and just out right love seafood. The coconut mojitos and white sangria are amazing! A must try!

The appetizer options are more wider here as they have pork buns and takoyaki! I love how for their sushi's they don't skimp out on the filling and sashimi and have the right balance with rice. The best part if you can't finish it, you do have to pay a penalty fee but they do also let you take it home.

We had a party of 6 and still had to wait about 25 minutes for a table as the place is pretty small. Right after we sat down we accidentally spilled a glass of water and it took so much effort to flag down a waiter to get some napkins. They didn't even help us clean it up, we could barely mop up what was on spilled on the table because they gave us very little napkins. Then when we asked for more napkins when the food came out the waitress counted it out and gave us exactly 6, one for each person. As for the food, a big disappointment. The tuna was not the bright pink color it normally is and instead had a dark red/purple hue to it, a little concerning. The yellowtail and squid were super chewy. The mackeral was very fishy, which I understand mackeral is on the fishy side for raw fish but I've had it in Japan where is was the exact opposite. Honestly, the only fresh tasting fish was the salmon. The food was slow to come out even though the wait staff was very attentive with grabbing our menu orders. Most likely will not be returning.

I tried to give this new spot a fair shot, especially because it's so close to me, but it was pretty disappointing to say the least. The cooked food selection was limited. No fried oysters?! On top of that, the cooked food that we did order was bland and bordered on nursing home food. Service was very slow even though it wasn't busy. It took almost an hour for the sushi to be served and we only ordered 2 rolls and a few pieces of nigiri. I noticed that there were way more waitstaff than sushi chefs. The interior was decorated beautifully and the employees were nice, but that's really the only positive thing I have to say :(

I've eaten at Ottoyee for months now, and each experience has been incredibly delicious. However, the only thing is that the wait time can run very long. Not for the food to arrive, but for placing the order. We tried to get the attention of the waiter on staff multiple times, but was either ignored or they were behind the screen attending to something else. The wait time was around 15-20 minutes, but this is likely attributed to the small staff. Otherwise though, they were incredibly kind and knowledgeable of the menu and we still had a delicious experience as usual.

Upon entertaining on a weekend evening, there were a few tables with patrons but not too busy. The restaurant did seem a bit understaffed with only one person taking orders / bringing food out, making it difficult to flag down this one person to successfully take our order and ask for anything additional throughout the night. Gyudon: for the price, we were really surprised at how small of a portion this was. It was not only in a small bowl, but the meat was layered on top perfectly deceiving you to think that there was more than there actually was. The majority of this dish was rice, and with limited sauce at that. As displayed on the menu images it was to be served with a runny egg, but unfortunately we got a fully cooked one (disappointing, as we were looking for something to mix with the rice!) Sushi: We got a 3 rolls and they were just alright. They were pretty small in size, with less rice than I'm used to (which is something I do like - I would rather more fish than rice!) With us getting spicy salmon, spicy tuna, and spicy scallop - they all kind of tasted the same, so I wish the fish wasn't as heavily masked with spicy mayo. Ramen: I got the black garlic ramen, and it wasn't the best, but wasn't the worst. I've purchased fresh ramen packages in the supermarket before and it tasted just like that, so it made me disappointed knowing I could achieve the same at home. The soup itself was extremely rich and fatty, and the charsiu had no flavor whatsoever leaving much to be desired. The main reason I'm rating this so low is upon having my last bites of sushi, I could tell something was off. I don't recall which specifically I had but I made a statement that it was extremely fishy and off putting. Fast forward later that night, I was hunched over the toilet vomiting with stomach pain - and I can deduct that the sushi was the culprit. I might consider trying Ottoyee again due to the great deals they have listed on food delivery apps, but the sushi quality (quite literally) put a bad taste in my mouth.

When you walk in, the soothing dim lights with the soft purple icicle lights is such a vibe, great for a date night. The music also has a soothing quality that almost puts you in a calming trance. The restaurant is well kept and clean. Let me tell you, the servers? Top notch. We were helped by a man when we first came in, and later a woman. Both were incredibly pleasant, attentive, and did not rush us at all. We were there from just before 6 until after 8... a record for our after work crowd!! I also left my favorite sunglasses behind which would have been so upsetting, but our female server ran out to make sure I did not leave without them, I was so appreciative. Last but certainly not least- the FOOD! So remember, I'm a sushi hater? No longer! They had a fantastic peanut and avocado roll that I ordered with soy paper instead of seaweed (I really don't like the taste of the sea) paired with the soy sauce it was a nice amalgamation of flavor and texture, I thoroughly enjoyed it. We also ordered pan fried gyoza and edamame for the table both extremely well executed. A friend said the gyoza was melt in your mouth quality and I felt that was quite accurate. I tried my friend's sweet potato roll which did have seaweed wrap on it but I actually really liked that too! For my meal I got hibachi steak. It was a generous portion and very tasty. I'm not big on mushrooms but I even gobbled those up- so good! With the hibachi meals you get plenty of food- salad, miso soup, your choice of hibachi style protein, hibachi mixed vegetables & hibachi rice. Out of the raw appetizers my favorite was the array of sashimi in a light lemon sauce. The scallop and octopus were fresh and buttery. I did not expect the amount of food we received, not to mention at the end of the meal there is also soba noodles! I absolutely loved that one of the dishes was tempura soft shell crab.
