I sent her the money and then got an email saying, "I assume you are no longer interested in my services since you did not sign the contract." I let her know I sent the money, was still interested, and signed the contract. Later, I needed to make changes to my contract, so I emailed Brianna but did not hear back for almost a month. I had to call her to get in touch. Even though it was less than 3 months until the wedding, she was happy to make changes. Her selections included light makeup for all ages. However, when it was time to send a new contract, she said light makeup was only an option for junior bridesmaids. When I then tried to cancel this makeup, she said she could not make changes within 90 days of the wedding. The one good thing she did was cancel this makeup. Since we canceled the final makeup, I asked to adjust the start time, but Brianna said no. When signing the final contract, Brianna made a math error in her previous contracts and charged me more than previously quoted. I live in Chicago and had to drive to Wheaton for my trial, which is an hour away. I called Brianna and let her know I was running 15 minutes late due to a missed turn. Brianna said that was fine. When I got there, she said we needed to be done by 1 pm. At 1 pm, we were done, but Brianna still charged me a $30 late fee. I was only given one makeup look and one hair look during the trial. Brianna talked incessantly throughout the trial about random things pertaining to her life. Brianna did the makeup extremely fast on the wedding day. She did an okay job. I paid for two and a half hours of touch-up. Brianna waited an hour and then left. She did not attempt to contact me and would not issue a refund.

I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day at the time I requested. Signage for the business is slightly small. It is next to the nail salon if it helps you locate. Upon arrival there was one person getting her hair blow dried. As I arrived slightly early I was able to sit and browse the stack of magazines available. I was taken to the wash bowl right at my scheduled appointment time. I was asked how I wanted my hair cut and felt that I was listened to. When blow drying he did not put any products in my hair. Cost for the hair cut and blow dry was $35 which is very reasonable. However, the reason for the loss of a star is due to not accepting credit cards. There was no sign on the outside or inside indicating this. Good thing for once I actually had cash on me.
